Pet Care Extraordinaire

When my own veterinarian told me pretty much not to bring my dog back for nails, I was devastated. Due to her abusive past, she’s a bit to handle 😢 and is so afraid of the nail trimmers. Bob Swenson referred me here. Hillary and her wonderful assistant took her in and warmed her up to earn their trust. While it wasn’t easy for them, they did a great job and encouraged me to bring her back to get her used to them. I am so happy! Thank you so much! Karen and Riley girl 🐾🐾

I had a very disappointing experience with this pet shop, mainly due to the owner’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I needed to reschedule an appointment and had to leave a message because they are extremely difficult to reach by phone. When I finally spoke with the owner, she told me I missed my previous appointment and would need to pay before rescheduling, which I understood and agreed to. I explained that I was nearby running errands and preferred to come into the shop to pay in cash, since that’s how I normally pay. Instead of simply working with me, she insisted that I pay by card over the phone. When I politely asked what the difference was if I was close by and ready to pay in person, the conversation immediately became hostile. The owner became argumentative, went on a rant, and made the comment “you people,” which I found extremely offensive and inappropriate. She then hung up on me. I’m not sure exactly what was meant by that statement, but the interaction left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Customer service should never involve hostility, disrespect, or language that feels discriminatory. I would not recommend this business, especially to peo

We brought in Gordon, our cavapoo puppy, for his very first haircut. His groomer, Veronica was gentle, caring, and professional. She listened to us attentively as we asked questions, and expressed our wishes. Veronica did a fantastic job! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended the proper type of comb and brush for Gordon's coat, and even gave us a printed copy of what they used on him. So happy to have found this great group of groomers! We cannot say thank you enough for the incredible job you did with our boy Teddy 🧸! From start to finish, the care, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He looks absolutely handsome, clean, and so well groomed — and most importantly, he came home happy and comfortable. It’s clear you genuinely care about the pets you work with, and that means everything to us. Teddy is family, and you treated him like it. Thank you again for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate you! Conley, Thursdae & Teddy 🧸🐶💙

We have been going here for years. It is such a wonderful place. Your doggy will smell so good after. Would have given 5 stars but a lady took out this paper and was like oh I see you’ve been here once and it just made me feel off since we’ve been using their services for a few years now. I usually wait, because I don’t mind waiting, but I was a little pressured to leave and come back which was unusual experience for me. My oldest sister ended up picking up our dog because I got tied up after. They were still good to us but I’m not a fan of my most recent experience. I’ve used their services At least 12 times personally and more for my siblings. They are very kind and great with pets so you should definitely give them a try if you haven’t.
