Pet Barn

Very convenient to be sure. Most items are high prices and they don’t focus on customer retention. But did I say they are convenient for Maple Lawn residents?

Definitely wonderful staff. They carry products you can't find elsewhere. I love their heavy duty leashes with traffic guard and comfort handle. We just purchased beautiful birthday dog cookies for my dog's doggy dacare party. Pet Barn staff even gave me the cookie ingredient list ( just like for a children's party) so doggies in the day care pack could avoid any potential allergients . 💕

Two stars only because the items they have in the store. However unless you want to feel like a fugitive or uncomfortable I wouldn’t come to this store. The employees followed us around and watched from afar the entire time. Made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted to say the least. However after we purchased items the staff’s entire personality changed. From being suspicious weirdos too happy.

I didn’t have a good impression of this store. The 30 plus year old woman who manages the store should realize there are all cultures in this country and should be serviced the same way as her culture. She wasn’t helpful with my family but she ran to help a Caucasian family. Won’t go back there EVER!
