⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adam Helped Us Through Our Heartbreak When Our Vet Lost Minnie's Ashes When our vet lost Minnie's ashes, I was absolutely devastated. Minnie and Gizmo weren't just pets-they were beloved family members who had been there through everything, bringing endless love and joy to our lives. Losing Minnie's ashes felt like losing her all over again. To make matters worse, the vet blamed Pet Angel Memorial Center for what happened-even though they were the ones responsible. Adam at Pet Angel Memorial Center could have walked away, but instead he showed incredible compassion and integrity. He stood by us and helped us navigate this heartbreaking situation. He allowed me to review all the videos and documentation related to what happened, giving me clarity and transparency when I needed answers most. He also showed such kindness to my kids by surprising them with three beautiful blankets, understanding that they were grieving too. Adam treated our situation with genuine care and respect, honoring how much Minnie and Gizmo meant to our family. When everything felt broken and we didn't know who to trust, he was there for us with unwavering support. Pet Angel Memorial Center is a true

My boy of 15 years passed away and his remains were sent to Pet Angel Memorial Center in Mobile. The emergency vet had marked the wrong e-mail address down, and when I called to touch base, I spoke with Adam who was beyond helpful. He helped me design a box for my sweet man and they even sent a ceramic stamp of his paw print. His remains arrived within days. I pray no one ever needs to use these services, but if they do, I hope they are just as lucky as I was to deal with such a kind human during this process. Thank you for getting me my boy back, and thank you for the thoughtfulness that went into how you treated him after he had passed.

We just got back Walter’s remains today and are pretty disappointed. In the past, we’ve cremated pets, and we received nice chest like boxes with a nameplate attached and locks with a little key on them. They are easy to open and feel very respectful. The box we received today for Walter feels completely wrong. It opens from a thin sliding panel on the bottom, there’s barely any room for his remains, we had to squish them into the box to get the panel back on. On top of that, the box has flower detailing (for a male cat). The nameplate they provided they couldn’t even be bothered to attach to the box. And the certificate we received, the ink was faded like their printer was running out of ink. We didn’t receive an email, a call, or any brochure or anything for any other options. We spent $400 and this is what we receive? I’ve spent less in the past and been provided with better. Already dealing with such a difficult time, the last thing we needed was disappointment with his final resting place. Shame on this greedy company. This experience shows me they are only in it for money, not for compassion or the love of animals and to help grieving families. They just chose the smallest bo

This is the second time we have entrusted a valued companion to Pet Angel. Both have been retired working dogs (German Shepherd) who were not only cherished companions but family members in their retirement. We recently lost K9 Zicky to cancer at the age of 13. We had known that her time was limited, as this breed typically does not live a meaningful life beyond 13-15 years. When death occurs, it is painful nonetheless. Adam assisted me with her cremation and his professionalism and empathy was so appreciated in making a difficult time more bearable. I appreciate him and recommend this firm’s services without reservation. They truly are a ministry to those they serve.

We recently entrusted our beloved Scout to Pet Angel, and I truly cannot say enough about the care and compassion they showed during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Scout was our baby girl for 17 years. She was not just a dog, she was our constant companion, our travel partner, and a part of us every single day. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and with such kindness. Since we were traveling back to Texas after she passed in Florida, he made it a priority to rush her cremation and all of her keepsakes so we could bring her home with us. That meant more to us than words can express. They handled her cremation with such dignity and care, and the paw print, ink impression, and nose print are something we will treasure forever. Knowing that Scout was treated with respect every step of the way brought us so much comfort during such a painful time. Losing her has been heartbreaking. We are so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care they showed our sweet girl.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Adam Woodworth for reaching out to me during a very challenging time and helping to resolve the miscommunication regarding my beloved rabbit, Jupiter, who has sadly passed away. Your understanding and empathy in the wake of this loss have truly meant a lot to me, especially when it came to coordinating the arrangements for her memorial. Your kind words and support helped ease the burden of this difficult process, and I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and help during this emotional time. Your thoughtfulness has made a significant difference, and I am deeply appreciative.

Pet Angel is an absolute Godsend. They've been so incredibly helpful and kind during this sad time for my family. We had some issues with the delivery, but that was entirely the fault of USPS, and Pet Angel did everything they could to help me. The products sent to me are beautiful and exactly what I wanted, thank you. Being able to bring her home and lay her to rest means the world to me.
