A big shout out to ash she groomed my 4 1/2 month mini golden doodle today his very first haircut which was long and being a puppy she did a fantastic job super impressed with the whole staff. They were very nice and great they work well and support each other as my puppy needed a little extra for the toe nails (he doesn't like it had to be distracted while ash trimmed them and they did what needed to be done) my puppy looks so cute and smells nice. Highly recommend this place. Thank you ash for taking care of my puppy.

Groomers that clearly have no experience with cats, and offer that service because it's $110 in the door for them. Took my longhair cat in and asked for a comb cut. I showed the groomer on their sample slate what length and described that I wanted a close cut on the body but to leave the face shape as-is and to just trim it down a little bit. The body turned out fine (about as well as when I do it at home). The head, neck and face are so bad I don't even know where to start. Take a look at the pictures. Back of the neck/head is clearly just clipper-cut and left a semicircle carved out. My cat's face is rounded - not what I asked for. And they didn't even do it correctly. It's got a section that sticks out at a point. The tail isn't even done correctly. Looks like someone hit it with scissors on half and left the rest untouched. Their non-refundable $30 deposit is the worst money you can spend for your pet. Spend an extra $30, take your cat to PurrVella/Mittens Pets in Ypsi & save yourself the trouble of working with an inept staff.

Price was reasonable but the cut was short and service was incomplete. I said my Siberian has a triple coat and I don’t want it gone, just shortened and definitely not a lion cut. We agreed on “short but fluffy” and I feel like this was way too short. Jules? Didn’t seem to try to make it look nice, just buzzed her all the way. I also asked for paws to be shaved and they weren’t. Why would I ask for deshedding when it’s all getting shaved off? I feel I was clear that I didn’t want the triple coat gone, both when making the appointment and when I dropped her off, but this is definitely not even one full layer of her actual coat. I’m sure these things are subjective to interpretation but I included before and after photos so they can speak for themselves.

Jules does such an excellent job grooming my cat Belle. I never have to worry about taking Belle there as it’s such a nice experience for her & environment. Everyone is so nice, friendly and Belle smells so good & looks so pretty every time. She gets the teddy bear cut due to getting hair mats with her long hair. This cut always makes her look so cute & she’s so excited getting her bath & mani pedi. Highly recommend taking your cat here. Great job Jules thank you!!

Maxwell had his hair groomed yesterday and Jule botched it up! We have been a customer for over a year and I’m very disappointed with his cut. I explained to Jule that we went to Petsmart during Christmas and his haircut was cut to short then. But not his face or tail. Jule told me that his fur was matted!! How can it be matted it was only 2 months ago since his last grooming!! They charged us extra $10.00 for something that I didn’t want! I’ve been to a lot of other do groomers for over 14 years and this haircut was the worst! We talked to the manager and he didn’t compensate for this horrible haircut! I’m a hairdresser and if I messed up this badly, I would be fired! Now I got to be a groomer. To Stacey, I added two pictures. 1. Maxwell had a good groom on October 2025 by your place. It wasn’t matted, then. 2. Maxwell had a haircut around Christmas at petsmart. Didn’t have matted fur then as well! the body was cut too short! Stacey I was told by Jules that he had matted hair but it was just curls and the hair wasn’t long enough to get matted! Listen to your customers!!
