People Assisting Animal Control

What these people are doing here is a very good thing, low cost. I see comments saying they lied about the pricing and that was not my experience at all, 25 dollar deposit that comes out of the 75$ total. Only payed 50$ upon pick up. This included his rabies shot, his neutering, flea and tick medication, pain meds, a cone AND a tag. They went above and beyond, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and informative. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing to get they animals spayed or neutered. Thank yall again so much for yalls exceptional services. ♡♡♡

Had morning appointment, but doctor did not show up for her morning appointments. Therefore, I was advised to return to the “evening” clinic from 4:00 pm -7:00 pm. I returned to PAAC for evening clinic She and was “third” person in line for walk ins and waited patiently for almost an hour, before I decided to inquire when my dog was going to get seen. I was informed that since I was a walk in, they could not commit to a “time” frame as to when my dog would get seen, only that it would be a “wait” since they had to do a full assessment on my dog! P.A.A.C. did not have the courtesy to offer me the first available appointment for the “evening” clinic, after having to return for a second appointment. This is no way to do business! P.A.A.C. needs to offer better customer service, especially since I am a handicapped 67 year old with back problems and have to sit for more than an hour after having to show up twice, after my dog did not get seen at morning appointment, and was inconvenienced by bringing her back for a second appointment on same day! P.A.A.C. needs much improvement on customer and show compassion to the elderly and not inconvenience them by giving them the run aroun

My experience was poor & I been here many times before with my cats with no issues. Today I came with my dog, the wait was very long, people who came in 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after me. All got seen and checked out fast- my wait time was 1:30 hour plus. I was overcharged and they refused to refund me 3$ for a tag. I had someone who looked at all my purchases with appropriate taxes and I was overcharged. Told I can’t be refunded for a service they can’t provide- but they proceeded to “use”? The 3$ for my total? I’m not coming back for future services. I’ve lost my trust in them for handling my money. Absolutely terrible service in the past 6 years I’ve been here and I’ve never had so many issues as I’ve had in the last 2-3 years. Disappointed because I truly believed in PAACs services towards the community. I know this review probably does nothing but if I can’t trust you with my money and how you handle your business related services towards your customers then I can’t trust you with my pet/child. Update: my dog threw up 4 hours after receiving medication. So now he’s not gonna have any effects of his flea/tick and work medication. Not only did I get overcharged but the s

Was impressed by their operation. Friendly, efficient and fair priced. Took pictures of incision and sent for feedback during healing period and response was quick and appreciated. Would use their services again.

I make a appt monthly so I can be seen in a timely manner as well as securing my spot but everytime I go I seem to be waiting for long periods of time and been noticing they help the people that don’t have appointment’s a lot quicker or if you are a friend of the vets. I thought the whole reason for the appt is to be seen at the scheduled time frame or at least in 15-20 minutes but over 1-2 hours is insane for a quick refill of medication. I get we’re both helping each other but try to be more mindful of people who secure their spot with a schedule. A little bit more organization also is needed, staff seems to be just everywhere.
