I would recommend boarding your fur babies here! It was my mistake showing up a day earlier than what I had scheduled, and they graciously still made room for them the same day. They have been so sweet with updates everyday. I just moved here and I’m grateful to have found them one weekend out of desperation and now I have a place I feel comfortable with leaving my 4 crazy kitties while I need to be away.

I took my daughter's two cats there for a week and they were in perfect health (they never go outside at home). 3 days after they got home they started showing symptoms of sneezing and coughing. My daughter took them to her vet and after several testings they can diagnosed the cat's version of kennel cough. I immediately called Penny the owner to let her know what was going on and after many conversations back and forth and sending her all the information from my daughter's vet she absolutely refuses to pay for the vet bill or refund us for the week that they were there. Bottom line is the cats were healthy when they showed up and they were sick after we pick them up. I would be very weary of taking your cats there. Such a bummer that she wasn't willing to make it right.

I boarded my two cats for 2 days and 2 nights to spare them the trauma and noise of a move. Penny was very accommodating and took wonderful care of my kitties. She keeps the kennels very clean as well as the cottage that serves as the boarding place. Several other cats were being boarded, and she has a couple looking to be adopted. My kitties were happy to see me, but were not really stressed out. I highly recommend Penelope Pawprints and will happily board my cats with her again if the need arises. Thank you, Penny!

Penelope Pawprints was a wonderful vacation home for our Cat! My girlfriend and I left out Cat for about 2 weeks with Penny and our Cat had a wonderful time being social and enjoying the out door time. Pick up and drop off were made very simple by Penny and she is wonderful with communication willing to answer any questions you may have. We will definitly be coming back to Penelope Pawprints in the future!
