Peak Performance Mobile Veterinary Services

We have used Peak performance as a mobile vet for all three of our dogs. This past week my oldest dog began to decline so I scheduled an at home euthanasia. Unfortunately we had to put him no unexpectedly as he really declined over night. In all of our interactions with Dr. Commerford and staff everyone has been so caring and understanding. We have used Dr. Commerford for at home visits, mobile vet visits and had hopes of at home euthanasia. When I reached out, no matter the issue, she was always quick to respond, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We hope to continue to use her in the future for all our fur babies.

Our elderly dog could not jump in the car to go to the Vet and did not tolerate being picked up. Dr Commerford came to our home to check on her, gave her Librela shots once a month for her arthritis pain - which Angel didn’t notice. When the pain was too much for her, Dr Commerford came to the house and was so sensitive, caring, and made her last moments the best they could be- encouraging her to eat treats ( she was a food focused dog). We will always be grateful for the care she gave for the last 2 years of Angel’s life. Words cannot express how much we appreciate everything Dr Commerford did for her. We strongly suggest anyone use her services - but do not expect to get a text from her until after she has taken care of all the animals she needs to see.

Thank you for your care and for taking the time to make a house. You were so compassionate and gentle with our furbaby, Bear. So hard to say good by to our precious Bear, but you gave us so much peace in how you took care of him and us!

Dr. Commeford is the best. We knew our girl was leaving us soon. When it was time Dr Commeford was at our house within a couple hours to help us peacefully say goodbye.

I recently made the poignant decision to lay my beloved companion of 16 years to rest. Peak Performance exhibited remarkable responsiveness, including a Sunday inquiry, and conducted a home visit on that Tuesday. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Commerford ensured my boy’s comfort, detailing each administered medication and possible adverse reactions. Ultimately, I found comfort in knowing my Hurley’s transition occurred peacefully within our home, surrounded by loved ones, and without pain or stress, thanks to Peak Performance's empathetic care. I will forever be thankful for this company 💛
