The stylist Julia today was fine. She was very nice, but I did sit two hours for a haircut. No extra services, just a haircut. My hair being curly, I wanted my hair to be to my cheekbone and my hair was cut at my cheekbone so when my hair is dry my curls go up to my eyeballs. The instructor I had she was also very kind as well, but when I suggested that two curls were a little too long at the nape of my neck, she got out clippers, with no guard, and buzzed my hair to the scalp. She buzzed the corners off my hairline and I’ve never had my hair buzzed to the scalp before. I’ve also never wanted to have my hair buzzed. Overall, just very disappointed. It’s unfortunate, I think people with curly hair aren’t serviced well. My hair was cut short enough that I don’t think there’s any way to fix what was done today..

My appointment with Dani was great! She was kind and thoughtful while listening to me, she gave great advice, and was upfront about pricing. I left feeling fresh and new! Honestly this is the best cut and color that I have had in a very long time! I like it more every day. I really hope to be able to see Dani again before she completes her schooling. Thank you Dani!

I come here to get haircuts regularly & they always come out nice no matter which student I book with. I decided to try getting a pedicure today & unfortunately, I'm heavily unsatisfied with the outcome. This is one of the worst pedicures I've ever had (and I've gotten pedicures at other beauty schools before). The photos speak for themselves. The student was kind & attentive. Unfortunately, it seems like this happened due to a lack of practice and/or education. I paid $41 total for their $21 pedicure deal and a gel polish removal. I would return for a haircut, but not for the nail services.

Madeline was great! She made my girls feel comfortable and listened to what they wanted. She styled their natural curls and really helped boost their confidence. My girls with straight hair loved that she styled it as well.

I have had multiple services with Lauren, and every experience has been exceptional. In the past, I’ve had manicures with her, and she always took her time, paid close attention to detail, and frequently checked in to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the appointment. Today, I had a facial with two upgrades, an ABC hair treatment, and she curled my hair as well. From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, comfortable, and well cared for. Lauren truly listens to her clients and offers thoughtful suggestions when you’re unsure which direction to go. She is professional, talented, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I’m a repeat client and always look forward to my next appointment with her. Highly recommend!
