We cannot say enough good things about Pawz! After a terrible experience at another boarding facility, we were so nervous about leaving Murphy anywhere — but Pawz completely changed that for us. From the very beginning, they treated him like family, and now both Murphy and our newer dog, Minnie, absolutely LOVE going there. The second we say “Pawz,” they get excited! We loved them so much that we continued taking our dogs there even after they moved to a larger facility farther from our house. It’s 100% worth the drive. The staff all know our dogs by name, and it’s obvious how much they genuinely care about every animal there. The activities they plan are incredible — crafts, treats, holiday parties, photo ops, visits from Santa, and so much more. Our dogs always come home exhausted from playing and having the best time. Our dogs are our children, and since we don’t have family in Knoxville to help when we travel, finding people we trust with them was extremely important to us. Pawz gives us complete peace of mind knowing Murphy and Minnie are safe, loved, and cared for when we can’t be with them. We wouldn’t dream of taking them anywhere else!

I absolutely love Pawz Dog Services. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about the dogs in their care. The booking system and account portal are always smooth, reliable, and very user-friendly, which makes scheduling effortless. Drop-offs and pick-ups are quick, organized, and handled in a controlled manner, which I really appreciate. I also love that their system keeps track of vaccinations—it gives me peace of mind knowing that all dogs in the facility are up to date and that my dog is safe and protected. The weekly enrichment activities are absolutely worth the fee and provide great stimulation and fun for the dogs. Their social media presence also reflects the happy, positive environment they create for the pups. I’ve never felt more confident in my dog’s safety and happiness at a daycare or boarding facility

PAWZ always does a great job on our pups groomings! They treat them like family the moment they step in the door and it shows! Would recommend to everyone!

I recently took my puppy here for grooming, and overall, I had a really positive experience. The haircut was absolutely perfect! Exactly how I wanted it and they were incredibly understanding and patient with him, especially since he’s still a wiggly puppy who doesn’t stay still for long. There was a small issue where they shaved a little too close to his testicle, but when I called to bring it up, they immediately apologized and offered a full refund. I really appreciated how professionally and maturely they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, especially with puppies who move around a lot, and I could tell they genuinely cared and took responsibility. Despite that, the staff were very kind and sweet with my dog, and I felt he was in good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back for future grooming, and I’m also considering them for boarding and daycare. They’re miles better than the last place I went to, where they barely cut his hair and still charged almost $100. Highly recommend!

Oakley has been attending Pawz Dog Services for over a year and we will continue. He has the best time there meeting his furry friends. He arrives with the happiest tail wags as he is greeted usually by Maggie. The entire staff is AMAZING and I always know he is well taken care of while I am at work.
