Rafael is such an amazing person. He takes the best care of our boy, Shadow. Whenever we need help with walks, pet sitting, or even longer stays, he always makes our boy feel so loved. We appreciate the updates too and even the graphics he makes. His customer service is one of a kind and he never ceases to make you and your furry bestfriend feel special. I would recommend him and his team to anyone and everyone!

Rafael and his team are amazing! He always accommodates my last-minute requests, is incredibly friendly, and genuinely cares about my puppy. When my dog wasn’t feeling well, Rafael continued to follow up and check on him, which meant so much to me. I highly recommend Rafael and his team!

We can’t recommend Rafael and Pawz 4 Pawz enough. We started with his team when I was a first-time mom heading back to work, and it eased so much stress knowing Murphy was getting reliable, loving care during such a big transition for our family (and navigating a lot of new logistics!) Rafael took the time to meet us in person and ensured I felt comfortable with his services. Since then, every member of his team has been kind, dependable, and attentive. It's important to note that Murphy has extreme separation anxiety, so the fact that he eagerly gets up to greet the Pawz 4 Pawz team and walk with them multiple days a week means they've built a bond with him and earned his trust :) Rafael’s consistency, thoughtfulness, and genuine care really sets his team apart, Murphy absolutely loves them, and we’re so grateful to have found Pawz 4 Pawz.
