Pawtero

My dog looks amazing after every grooming. Her groomer, Connor, is kind and sensitive and never fails to do an excellent job. I would recommend Pawtero to anyone.

Angel did a great job with Mulan today at the New Haven location. There was an issue with an individual at the Bridgeport location earlier for my original appointment. I won’t mention their name because it would be VERY embarrassing for them. Fast forward to excellent customer service: Angel advised I go to the New Haven location so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced and he took great care of Mulan when she got there… HE’s the Best! Thanks Angel

I went in to have my dogs nails cut for her first time and she was really retaliatory. The staff did an amazing job trying to keep her calm and cutting her nails to a healthy length considering the circumstances. I recommend this business after our first visit alone.

Overpriced and poor quality haircut. We took our two furry friends for their first haircut in New Haven. We were all excited. Even without a car, we made arrangements to go their so the new puppy could have her first experience. The surprise matting fee they added automatically without so much as a phone call to check in -- and see if it would be acceptable. (I worked as a dog bather in grooming and this was the first time I ever heard of a fee like this). Our puppy still had her sharp nails, they forgot to clean the teeth of both dogs, and the haircuts were uneven and choppy. If this is the level of care they're offering the prices need to dramatically decrease. Not sure who the owner is but the staff seemed to brush off all of our concerns when were checking them out. We're now home and can see the messy haircuts. Two 17lb Schnauzers cost $224. Super disappointing. We wanted a better experience for the little ones.
