Littleton is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Getting around Littleton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Colorado's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I adopted a rescue pitty. He was pretty leash reactive and VERY scared of adults-mostly men. Working with Keith and Genesee, my pup has improved so much that we can go to farmer’s markets, take walks with friends and their dogs, he goes to doggy day care, has puppy pals, and he PASSED HIS AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN TEST! Total proud mama moment. The training is also a wonderful way for us to bond. The training is so good for him (and me) that we’re continuing with Keith and Genesee for Advanced Canine Good Citizen.

Honestly this was one of the best decisions that we made. Lola our french bulldog puppy started with their puppy 1 class and she has all the basics down. I knew that we needed to do early socialization and training. Now when we have taken her to other people's house that have other dogs. We hear nothing but compliments on how well behaved she is. And I know we couldn't have done it without the help of Keith and Genesse.

Keith and Genesse have been working with Oliver my Corgi puppy since December and they have been great. As a remote worker I knew he needed to be socialized and trained from an early age and having him go to Pawsitive was a great decision. He has all the basics down and we are now on to course 2 and learning to come while distracted, walking like a gentlemen (not puppy lunging at everyone because it is fun to say hi) and other good corporate citizen behavior. The daycare portion of the day is wonderful to burn off his puppy energy and he comes home exhausted. I highly recommend their program for a great start for your puppy!

Training for over a year with Genesee and Keith (and my Frenchie, Charlotte) has been one of the best experiences of my life! We started puppy class with Gen at 5 months old. She felt I had a smart pup and encouraged me to keep going with the training. Gen helped me set a good foundation with Charlotte and raised my confidence a ton. Her class was so fun and really started us off on the right track! The next 3 classes were with Keith. He is such an excellent teacher, very patient but also insists on your best at all times. He holds you accountable and expects you to do your homework and be ready to work. This is exactly how you end up with a calm, well behaved, social and confident dog. We built on our learning each week, put in the work using positive rewards and he taught me how to immerse my dog and then let her make decisions. She now makes really good decisions regularly and has become a service dog! Our bond could not be closer and our year was not perfect or a straight line of progress. We took many steps forward and a few back during the process. But Keith was always there for me and encouraged me along the way. The learning process for Charlotte and me will be ongoing. It
