They did a wonderful job bathing my chihuahua. Perfect nail trim and her coat was so soft after. Affordable and great communication when time to pick up.

My puppy can barely sit still for five minutes, so I expected the grooming session to be stressful for everyone involved. Surprisingly, the groomer handled him really well and even joked around with him to keep him calm. He came back fluffy, clean, and still in a playful mood.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have a very anxious 10yo Sheepadoodle. I've tried several groomers in the past, only to be told they won't work with him again. For YEARS, I've had to resort to sedated grooms at the vet. Due to his age, I've become more and more concerned about him being put under. I called Chelci and discussed my concerns, but she encouraged me to bring him in so she could try. She was EXTREMELY patient with him for his groom and did an amazing job!! I am beyond grateful to her and will never think of taking him anywhere else!! Cannot recommend enough!!

Can't say enough great things about Chelci and sorry in advance for the long post but she deserves it. We have a Lagotto Romagnolo and we took her to get groomed at another groomer in the neighborhood. I will say that It is winter and has snowed a ton, and she is super curly so we knew it wasn't going to be an easy cut but we had a HORRIBLE experience in all ways- they basically said our dog was so poorly behaved that they couldn't groom her (she is very chill and mild mannered, albeit a puppy...) When we picked her up it looked like someone had blindfolded Edward Scissorhands and let him groom our dog. She was incredibly jumpy, nervous, and out of character for days. She actually snapped at my husband when he walked up behind her the afternoon we picked her up, which has never happened. I joked that we were going to have to send her to therapy... We asked around and someone recommended Chelci. We just picked her up and she looks AMAZING! I honestly wasn't sure the mess could be fixed right now but Chelci CRUSHED it and we couldn't be happier- both with the final product and how we feel our dog was treated while with her. No trauma this time, and was definitely treated gently and p
