I typically love bringing my dogs here. However, there is no communication between employees. I dropped my dog off For a bathe , and they charged me $196 a full groom. I asked Will the lady upfront why She was charging me a full groom price for both dogs. She said she doesn’t know, it’s not her dogs. She’s just there to take payment. She kept saying it’s not me. It’s not me, It’s not my fault. When you’re asking a customer to pay $200 better have an invoice readily available. All she kept telling me it wasn’t her fault, and she doesn’t know. As a customer, you don’t want to hear that, because that’s not your concern. It’s their job to communicate with one another. She had a very defensive attitude and yes, I was upset. I’m a customer, and every time I go there they’re always late or I’m waiting around forever to pick up my dog. There hasn’t been a time that they arrived on time. I typically wait 10 minutes to 15 minutes for somebody to arrive in the morning. They do a great job grooming our dog, however, service is towards customers is very disappointing. Before you make a payment, ask what you’re paying for because they will charge you whatever they they want to charge you. Then t

Absolutely love Paws R Us on Cedar and Nees. They are so good with my small dog, Waffles, and he is calm with them. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to other groomers. Even got me in on a last minute appointment request! 5 stars from me! Staff are super friendly

Noelia did such an amazing job! This is probably our third or fourth time and they’ve never let us down! Especially this haircut 10/10! I was having a hard time looking for a place that perfected the poodle cut and I’m so glad we ended up here. 🤍

TL;DR: Paws R Us, and specifically Amanda, did the best grooming job on my dog that he's ever had, and I'm incredibly grateful! She went above and beyond in caring for him. Full review: Amanda did an AMAZING job with my dog, and I couldn't be happier! He's a Husky/German Shepherd, and I'm very particular about how he's groomed. In fact, I usually do it myself because I don’t trust many people to handle his coat properly. However, this time I let it go too long, and he needed more work than I could do on my own. I’m so glad I trusted Paws R Us with him! He was expertly deshedded (which seems impossible anytime I do it), even giving him a nice trim outline. He looks like a puppy again! His teeth were brushed well, breath smells so much better, and his nails were perfectly trimmed. I barely had to say anything—she seemed to know exactly what he needed. What impressed me most was that I forgot to mention a hotspot on his hindquarters. When I picked him up, she told me she had noticed it and wanted to make sure I was aware. She even gave me some new tips to help with it that I hadn't heard of before! That thoughtful act made me so happy I trusted her with my dog, and I'll definitely

The place looks so cute! I love the blue and all the photos inside! I took my white terrier mix and chihuahua a month ago and a couple days ago and they turned out perfect both times! I will attach photos of their hair cuts! I couldn’t recommend them more. They did a perfect job on nails and hair cut itself. A lot of the reviews on here seem fairly good! But some just seem like simple mistakes… I know they’re our baby’s but I think everyone makes mistakes and we should move past it! Plus they do a terrific job on my neighbors doodles! Not only do they do a great job but they handle their dogs and cats with care! They also have a holiday package that I paid for and they turned out great.(that was the visit a couple days ago) They also were smelling just perfect. I don’t remember what scents it said in the board inside but I’m fairly sure it said cranberry facial and sugar cookie shampoo! Overall 5 stars experience! Great job, Antonio!
