In Cincinnati, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Ohio, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Took my furbaby for his 1st grooming appointment today at Paws Palace,I was a little nervous, leaving Chase for the first time, they were pretty welcoming and informative about the service and all that's included, I felt better leaving after seeing some of the other dogs there, after about 3hours they called to say he was ready! I was very pleased with the outcome and he was so excited to see me,probably will return 🐾

Paws Palace took great care of my little Staffy, I’ve found our new go-to spot for her nail trims! Her nails look great, she’s somehow glowing after her bath, and every interaction with staff has been lovely. Location is convenient and plenty of parking. We highly recommend!

My golden retriever, Remy, loves going to Paws Palace! He always looks incredible after his appointments and he’s genuinely excited to go there, which says a lot about how well they treat the dogs in their care. They’re attentive and caring, even letting me know when they noticed a small sore on Remy that I might not have caught otherwise. It’s clear they truly love what they do. Highly recommend!

This is my service dog's second time getting groomed at Paws Palace. Nice setup, easy to find, and friendly super-skilled staff. He's a working dog and I basically get him a buzz cut, but you can see he feels fantastic about himself! And they threw in a Halloween bandana. :)

Recently, I rescued an abused puppy-mill survivor. Previous placements had not worked out. Her fur was in her face, and she had some mats in her tummy area. She is a frightened little Shih-Tzu, so I wanted a professional to handle her grooming. A friend recommended Paws Palace, and I could not be happier! They treated my little girl like royalty and were so very kind and careful. When she was brought out to me, she was bright-eyed, happy, and waggy-tailed from her spa-day. And she was beautiful! She had the perfect cut for a little girl who loves to run in the yard; it was everything I wanted! She needs to be beautiful and pampered so she learns that people mean love and trust. And, Jo called me a few days later to tell me how good she was for her grooming and check how things were going. Highly recommended! Before and After photos below.
