Amazing staff and so willing to work with our dogs. Very flexible with our schedule. Our fur-babies (and us) love this place!

When I dropped my dog for grooming I asked if they had note in the computer on how she should be groomed. The lady said “we do”. However when she was picked up she was shaved full body. On top of that I was changed to anal glands which has always been part of the grooming. Also, when my husband went to pay the lady said “how much of a tip do you want to leave”. My husband felt pressured to tip when they messed up my dog’s cut. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I hope my regular groomer never leaves the New Hope location.

Paws n Rec has been a great place for my pups for years now. The employees are great and they love my dog and are excited when she comes to stay. The dog is also excited, so much so that we have to hide the suitcases because as soon as she sees one she knows she gets to go play.

I had an appointment today and called 3 times this week to ask if anything was needed before my appointment and was told that I didn’t need anything at all. When I arrived to this appointment, I was told that they couldn’t take my dog for his grooming because he needed shots updated. I’m not upset because he needed the shots. I understand that part. I’m upset that I was lied to 3 times that I didn’t need anything. I could have got the shots updated before the appointment if they would have been honest. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks before the next appointment available. Their fault!!!

We love the convenience of Paws N Rec Rainbow Curve & that they are open til 7:30 pm when we need that option!!! They do give the BEST baths which are all inclusive and Charlie comes home all fluffy and fresh!! He loves going for daycare 5 days a month on his punchcard package.
