Paws In Paradise

It is understatement when I say my dog always ends up looking happier and more confident after boarding with Paws in Paradise. I've left my dog there for a week at a time a few times and she comes out with a glow. My dog, Sweety has separation anxiety and is very supported by the staff (as she LOVES to get in between their legs lol). It is great they have strict requirements for vaccines and a negative fecal test which gives me more reassurance that she won't get sick. It's good she gets to meet other dogs there too as they have plenty of play time and socializing. The staff are very in tune with each pet and tailor the way they go about interacting with them too which is great to know it isn't a one size fits all. It really looks like they try to understand every dog that comes through their doors to really specialize their experience. Highly recommend. If price is a concern, I'd go bulk and get the 10 day package since you pay much less per visit and it's good to have for weekend/week long trips in which you know you'll be using it up for the year.

I brought my newly adopted dog in for their daycare services and he was treated with so much care and love that on just his second visit he was practically jumping out of the car to run inside. The staff is so friendly and just wonderful, and I love that I can check out the cameras to see my pup having fun throughout the day. I think their prices are very good, especially if you buy their packages. As a new dog owner I'm so glad I have somewhere to bring my pup and I know he's in good hands.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My sister dropped off her dog to see how it was. She texted me that she’s worried and sent me a photo of one of the cameras. One room with what seemed like all or almost all the dogs on tile floors with only one plastic ramp. No toys, no staff playing with the dogs. Nothing. I drove as fast as possible to pick him up and on my way my sister sends me photos of the other rooms. Same thing, no toys or anything. I get there and the staff are ok. Nice sure but looked like they didn’t care to really be there. Put yourself in those dogs place, would you like to be stuck in a room with tile and only one chair with nothing to do all day? No you wouldn’t. My sister’s dog gets more enrichment when he’s at home alone than at this place!!! This is not ok. I feel so bad for those poor dogs.

I took my newly adopted senior dog here because he was a regular with his previous owners and I am so thankful that I did! I was nervous about my first trip where I had to board him as he’s an older guy but he was greeted with so much warmth and friendliness that he was immediately at ease coming back to a place he loves! I truly appreciate the care they gave him, including providing him daily medicine and ensuring he was comfortable. I also love the small business vibe where they truly get to know and treat the dogs like family. Thanks to the team for making Jaxipoo feel welcome!

Paws In Paradise is hands down my dog’s favorite place. The second we walk in, the staff welcomes him with so much love treating him like he’s part of their own family. They take great care of the dogs and it really shows. My dog never wants to leave, it usually takes me a few minutes just to get him out the door because he loves them all so much! Knowing how happy and well cared for he is makes me feel completely at ease leaving him there. I can’t recommend them enough. There is a doggy daycare 5 min from my house but I travel the extra 15 min to go to paws in paradise because they are just that great!
