Rico at the front desk helped me during a very difficult moment in my life when I needed last minute boarding for my dog. He went out of his way to find a space for him and made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. From the beginning, Rico was kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. Throughout my dog’s stay, he kept me updated with photos, text messages, and phone calls, which gave me so much peace of mind. When my dog came back, he was happy, clean, well groomed, and clearly well cared for. I am truly grateful for the compassion and support Rico showed during such a hard time. Thank you so much, Rico. You are the best.

We recently had to find a pup hotel for our Shelby and found the perfect one. The facility was clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. Our lab had plenty of space, comfy bedding (they even brought her in another bed when they noticed she wasn’t using the toddler bed), and lots of attention. We loved getting our daily update/ report with pictures, camera access, and knowing she was being treated like more than “just another dog.” It’s such a relief to find a place you can truly trust with your pup. We’ll absolutely be bringing her back and would recommend this boarding facility to anyone who wants peace of mind while they’re away.

I absolutely love this place and my dog Winston Pender Hughes loves it even more! He enjoys the interaction with the staff and has so much fun playing with the other pups. I’ve used other places before, and there’s truly no comparison when it comes to the cleanliness and care here. The love they show the dogs is amazing. If you’re looking for a place that will treat your sweet puppy like their own, this is it. You will not be disappointed!

Paws and Pillows is an absolutely fantastic pet-boarding choice, and it was perfect for our dog from the moment we arrived. The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities we needed—comfortable suites, plenty of play space, and a calm environment that made our pup feel right at home. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the variety of packages they offer makes it easy to find something that fits your needs without feeling overwhelmed or oversold. The staff and everyone we interacted with was incredibly dedicated, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our dog was safe, happy, and well cared for. It’s clear they love what they do, and that level of attention gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend this place for all the dog lovers! I had a late last min trip I had to leave on after thanksgiving dinner so I took my fur babies to this doggy hotel! First they were extremely professional and txting updates about my babies everyday! I was also able to access security cameras to check on them anytime I wanted to! They stayed two nights and also got a bath the day of pick up! I know they offer a bunch of packages as far as daily day care or over nights stays! 10/10 service and extremely affordable in my opinion!
