I’ve taken my dog Atticus to Pawridise Grooming multiple times over the years and have always been happy with the quality of care and grooming he received. The staff has been friendly, professional, and patient, and Atticus always came back looking great. One thing to be aware of is that they are consistently busy, so grooming appointments can take a while to complete. The upside is that they generally have good appointment availability, which makes scheduling much easier than many other grooming salons. Pricing is about average for the area, though the payment processing fees can add up. If possible, I would recommend paying with cash to avoid the additional charges. Overall, a reliable grooming option with quality service, good availability, and staff who genuinely care about the dogs they work with.

We’ve been bringing our dog here for three years, and while prices have steadily increased, today’s experience was the most frustrating. My dog is 12, but he still looks and moves like a young dog. At check‑in, once the front desk learned his age, I was suddenly required to sign an “advanced age waiver.” After the groom, I was then told there would be an additional ‘difficult groom fee’ - not because of behavior, but because he “moves too much,” supposedly due to his age. This has never been mentioned before, and no one has ever described him as difficult. With the $20 dematting fee plus now new $30 charge, his grooming total jumped to $140 for a 17‑lb dog. That pricing does not match the level of consistency we receive. While the grooming is usually acceptable, instructions are often not followed, and it feels like each groomer has their own approach. Today I specifically asked for a short cut without leaving a rat tail. Despite that, he came home with exactly what I asked them to avoid. At this price, I expect clear communication, consistency, and attention to instructions. Sudden new fees and inconsistent results make it hard to justify continuing to come here.

This place is amazing and deserves 5 million stars. We recently took our maltipoo, Leia, to this groomer, and he did a fantastic job. In the past, our dog was scared of going to the groomer so we never took her. Recently, her hair got too long with many mats, and it became too difficult to manage at home anymore. After a long struggle with her, we finally decided to take her to a groomer. The groomer was very gentle and patient with her, making her feel comfortable and safe. After 2 hours, our princess came out happy and adorable with a total makeover. We were extremely satisfied with the experience and felt that our dog was in very safe hands. Thank you, Pawradise!

I have been bringing my doodle here for over 2 years and we have always had a good experience with our doodle at this place. He comes home nicely groomed. He always comes home with the cutest bows!
