This place has truly put my mind at ease. They are so sweet, they know what they are doing, so transparent. Everything you could ask for when it comes to taking care of your fur babies. The place I’ve been boarding for a while now is closing and I needed to find somewhere new. They have made the transition so easy and stress free. 10/10 would recommend

I've been bringing my 7-year-old dog, Henry, to Pawlins for daycare, boarding, and grooming for the past 5–6 years, and my 10-month-old puppy, George, for the last several months. Throughout that time, we've consistently had positive experiences. The grooming staff has done an incredible job helping my large, nervous dogs become calm and confident during nail trims and grooming appointments. Communication has always been excellent, and on the rare occasions that an issue has come up, I've been contacted promptly and treated with professionalism and respect. My dogs have always been cared for in a way that makes it clear their comfort, safety, and happiness are a priority. What has stood out most to me over the years is how seriously management takes concerns. I remember one occasion when I felt a staff member was handling my dog inappropriately during daycare. When I called to discuss it, management addressed the situation immediately and removed that employee from the play yard. That responsiveness gave me a lot of confidence in the team and showed me that they genuinely listen to their clients. I'm writing this review today because of something much more personal. We absolutely love Pawlins and so does my dog, Dolly Ann! She gets so excited every time she goes for daycare and playdates. The staff is always friendly, caring, and attentive, and it’s obvious they truly love the animals they care for. Her groomers always do an excellent job, and we especially love the adorable bows they put in her hair after her grooming appointments. Dolly Ann always comes home looking beautiful, happy, and well cared for. I’ve also boarded her there, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing she is in great hands while I’m away. The team takes wonderful care of her and treats her like family. I am so grateful for everything they do and highly recommend them for daycare, grooming, and boarding services!

The set up at Pawlins is perfect for us. And the place smells amazing. 🤩 At Pawlins, she is free to play inside or outside during play time. And I love being able to check in on her by camera whenever I want. Their staff is always helpful and very accommodating. And when Ezie 🐶 returns home, she is calm and relaxed.

I’ve had a cat or two in my family for 30 years! And I’ve lived all over the country from East to West and North to South. I am very picky about where to board my cats and Pawlins is the best boarding establishment I have ever used. The staff is wonderful! I can text them to see how my fur babies are doing and they reach out to me with any concerns or needs my cats have while I’m away. They even sent pictures when I had to board the cats for a longer period of time. They provide individualized care for all the animals and I know they interact with the kitties on a regular basis. The prices are very reasonable. They also work next to a Veterinarian hospital, so my cats can get their exams, etc., while they are boarded. (By the way, the Vet hospital is fantastic, too!). I enthusiastically recommend this establishment. I believe you will be just as happy with the care they provide your pets.
