Jen has been taking care of our dogs since she started with one mobile van. Our dogs are our children and we would never consider going anywhere else, ever. We have also gotten to know Jen and John personally over the years and they are both incredible humans who care deeply for others.

With such a high maintenance pup, we needed a place we could consistently rely on, and Pawgrass has been the best Dog Spa we've been to. The staff is very friendly, communication is easy. It's a no rush spa, so you know your fur baby is getting quality treatment and it comes at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! Special shout out and kudos to Ashley whom we followed to this Dog Spa. We wish you well in your future endeavors!

WE ARE SO HAPPY! First time visit, great experience, super caring and talented staff. It was easy to register our dog and the scheduling processes was simple. We were greeted by a terrific team of experienced professionals who were laser focused on our dog's grooming preference details and they executed the style to perfection. We shopped at their cute store front, we will be back and recommend PawGrass Spa to everyone!

We love Pawgrass! We’ve been using Jen and her team for years now and truly do not have enough wonderful things to say. Having used groomers in other cities before moving here, and trying other local groomers, we finally found Pawgrass and are so happy with their exceptional service always. We have a 15 year old Maltese that requires extra attention due to her size and fragile state because of her age, and they handle her with such great care every single time. They truly go above and beyond and we are so grateful.
