im back with another bc i had an exceptionally pleasant experience today with Bri at Pawesome Palace. i have recently relocated to another state after being a 3+year client of Bri's with my mini goldendoodle. i was running behind schedule today due to some unexpected circumstances & i communicated to Bri what was going on & that i would cancel bc i didnt wanna hold her up but to my very very pleasant surprise, Bri said that she would wait for us. now understand that Bri KNOWSSSSSSS i only bring my dog to her so coming from out of state to literally get my dog groomed by her was no surprise obviously lol i was running 1hour 30mins behind and Bri waited and was very understanding ! she groomed my dog perfectly, as always and he just looks sooooo sooooo cute ! idk this might be her best work lol she took her time, no rushing although i was late, she STILL did her BIG ONE !! im so so so sad to have to leave Bri but understand that for as long as i can, my dog will be coming to Bri lol im not saying this for people to think she will accomodate them for being late bc respecting peoples business should always be a priority which is why although i was late, i was still ready to abide by he

Had my cat, Luna, groomed here (short hair bath). It was great. She was handled with care and is now a happy clean cat. Hard to find cat groomers that are highly rated, so I'll be coming back to Bri for sure.

I had an amazing experience with this grooming salon! I brought my Shih Tzu in for her birthday, and they truly made her feel extra special. The staff was very professional, patient, and gentle, and they made sure she was comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Her haircut was absolutely perfect, and the color dye came out beautiful and vibrant for her birthday. They listened to exactly what I wanted and brought it to life even better than I imagined. My baby came out looking like a little birthday princess, and you can tell they truly care about the dogs they work with. She smelled amazing, looked flawless, and was happy when I picked her up—which says everything. Thank you for helping make her birthday so special. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality grooming and a team you can trust with your fur baby!

Ms. BRI and Ms. Michelle be rocking with the fur babies yall. My SugaMan was calm cool and collected. He came home fresh and clean took extra time for drying. Thank you Ms Bri. This is definitely well worth the time and money spent. The staff are well informed about hygiene routines and vet recommendations if needed. And the POLICIES are INTENTIONAL so that every fur baby gets the proper amount of time and care they need during their scheduled appointments. Peace

I’ve taken my Max to a lot of groomers, from big box chain pet stores, to specialty dog grooming places in DC, to an at home pet salon. I’ve never felt happy with any of the grooms but I’ve been back here for Bri, twice now for a groom and a bath. She’s fixed my clipper crazy tendency, brushed him out, given him a bath, and I’m very happy with the results and how affordable it is! Black, woman-owned, new business! We love it! Def recommend to all the pet owners.
