I called this business on July 7 to schedule an appointment for Friday, July 10. The person who answered the phone came across as unprofessional from the start. When I asked about availability, she put me on hold to check the schedule, and I was left waiting for about five minutes before she returned. When she came back, she offered me several appointment times for Friday, July 10. I selected one, and I confirmed multiple times that the appointment was for July 10. Each time, she confirmed that was correct. I arrived for my appointment today after taking time off work, only to be told that my dog was actually scheduled for August 7. I’m not sure how July 10 somehow became August 7, but that’s a significant scheduling error. I asked if there was any way they could accommodate us since the mistake was on their end, but I was simply told no. No effort was made to fit us in, apologize in a meaningful way, or offer any alternative solution. Mistakes happen, and normally I wouldn’t leave a negative review over a scheduling issue alone. What was disappointing was the lack of professionalism throughout the entire experience, from the initial phone call to the complete lack of accountabi

Angie and her staffs are very caring to Oreo. They always do an excellent job with grooming him. He looks very handsome after grooming and also smells good. Love their service and caring nature. Highly recommend their service to all the pet owners. Thank you so much for all you do.

Love this play, love the girls, and love the service! I get my shi-tzu groomed here and always have brought my other two for nail trims and they both hate when I try to do it! The girls? Not a problem for them! In and out in under 10 minutes. 10/10!
