About Paw Pals Inc. Franklin
We understand and know from experience that most people work long hours and hate to leave their dogs alone all day. Instead, we have created a daycare where dogs can socialize, exercise, and develop positive behaviors all in a safe and healthy environment.
Located at 310 Eddy Ct, Franklin, TN 37064, Paw Pals Inc. Franklin operates as a dog daycare serving Franklin in Tennessee. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Boarding, daycare and pet-sitting businesses look after pets while owners work or travel, and many of them also run a grooming room. Dog daycares offer supervised group play by the day or with multi-day packages; boarding kennels, pet hotels and resorts keep dogs and cats overnight, with private suites, outdoor runs and add-ons such as walks, webcams and a bath before pickup; pet sitters visit your home or stay overnight; dog walkers take dogs out at midday, alone or in small groups; and pet taxis drive pets to the groomer, vet or airport.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–6:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Paw Pals Inc. Franklin is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Franklin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This used to be our absolute favorite place for nearly 4 years. Then at the end of last year, I boarded my dog for a week. When I picked her up, her eye was crusted shut and clearly something was very wrong. I asked the staff and they weren't aware of any incidents, and it turned out my dog had a scratch/ puncture wound to her eye that occurred while she was boarded. The vet and specialist we went to both said it looked like a small sharp object. I understand accidents happen - but I tried to get in touch with the owners several times, and was never able to speak to a manager or the owner which is extremely disappointing. It was like they had no care that an incident occurred in their care. My dog has had to see eye specialists because of this, and now has a large permanent scar on her eye. Luckily, she still has her eye, but the lack of response from Paw Pals after being an extremely faithful client for years is really sad. I think about it often, which is why I felt the need to right this review a year later. If the owner isn't concerned about an incident that occurred at their facility, it's extremely concerning to me. Therefore, I would not recommend Paw Pals for this reaso

We boarded our precious moo moo for a whole week while we were gone to Arizona. They took great care of her and let me call every day to check on her! The staff really care about what they do and it shows! I would recommend paw pals for boarding or daycare! Your baby will not be locked in a cage all day, and you don't have to pay extra for walks or play time! It's a great price for all you receive! And your baby will have the best time playing all day and making friends!

I think this is my first google review, after picking up my pup yesterday, I just felt compelled to compliment the kind folks who took care of my new girl. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but haven’t been since losing my previous dog. My new puppy finally had her last round of shots and her energy was a little too much to handle daily, so I thought I would re-visit day care. I’ll post pics of her third day - the staff introduced her to the pack, gave me feedback on how she is doing, and generally just have been awesome. One staff member remembered me from my previous dog and asked about him (by name) when I told him that my last dog had died he genuinely teared up (then I did.) These folks genuinely care about dogs. The results have been awesome for an older couple who after three months of having our new pup, needed a break! Pics are when I picked her up yesterday (first pick) and before I could get out of the parking lot after her playing all day (second pic) If your going to kennel your dog or daycare, I think its the best hands down. Reading other reviews - if you take your dog to a dog park and the dogs play, things can happen. Having the dogs supervised, l

My dog stayed with them for 2 weeks while I went out of the country and he had the time of his life. I was so nervous about leaving him alone that long but this place was amazing. Highly recommend!

Our first time to bring our four legged kid with us on a trip. We were hesitant at first, but the reviews were enough to reach out. The phone call sealed the deal. Our Aussie absolutely loved the day care. What really sold us was watching the other families drop off their fur babies. These pups ran in and was ready for their stay. The pups excitement was all we needed to see. Our Gordee stayed 2 days and apparently had more fun than he could stand. He was so ready for a nap each afternoon when we picked him up from daycare. We'll definitely be traveling with our buddy when we come to the Nashville area so he can stay with Paw Pals.
