We feel so lucky to have found the most incredible canine boarding and training team for our boy. Every staff member is caring and skilled at what they do. When we need to occasionally board our dog, they don't just "watch" him - they provide a training refresh and make sure he gets tons of outdoor time, enrichment, and even field trips to parks and pet stores. It's such a gift to drop him off knowing he's not only safe, but genuinely happy. We trust them completely with his care. If you're looking for a place where your dog is treated like family, this is it.

Winston our 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever spent 7 weeks with Paw and Hand K9, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Kevin is truly a Winston whisperer. Before training, we were constantly repeating commands and feeling frustrated. Winston knew the basics, but has a lot of energy and a very strong-willed personality, which made training difficult at home. From the very beginning, it was clear that Kevin understood Winston and knew exactly how to work with him in a way that helped set him up for success. Throughout the process, we could tell how much they genuinely care about each dog—not just while they’re in training, but long term. The training was thorough, thoughtful, and tailored to Winston’s needs. When Winston came home, he has been more focused, responsive, and confident, and we finally felt like we had the tools to continue his training successfully. Leaving your dog for 7 weeks is a big decision, but we felt completely confident knowing Winston was in such capable and caring hands. We are incredibly grateful for the progress Winston has made and would highly recommend them to anyone considering boarding and training.

My Lucky is a very smart but anxious and nervous one-year-old dog, and as a first-time dog mom with our first dog as a family, I honestly had no idea what I was doing or where to start. Paw and Hand K9 helped us establish clear ground rules and, more importantly, taught us how to actually train Lucky in a way that builds his confidence, not just obedience. Merissa has been incredibly patient with me. As a first-time dog owner, I ask a lot of questions that are probably common sense to experienced dog families, yet she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and without judgment. That alone made a huge difference in my confidence as a dog mom. What really stood out to me is their level of care beyond the program itself. Even though they were planning to close for the Christmas week, Merissa still scheduled a follow-up session because she wanted to make sure we were successful continuing the training at home. That says a lot about how much they truly care about both the dogs and the families. The entire team is very knowledgeable, and I genuinely trust them with Lucky. Paw and Hand K9 will absolutely be our go-to place for future training and for boarding when we trave

I loved the day school and the experience we had with Paw and Hand. The staff was always professional and great at answering any questions we had training or billing-wise. There was great communication and any experiences we had on site were wonderful as well. Daisy returned happy and tired out each day and was calm the following day as well. Our dog started very early as a puppy and attended for 2 months before personal circumstances caused us to withdraw her from the program. Even in the short time she was there she learned so much especially in her essential early months. My proudest moment I was taking her to walk on the trails at a local park where I would often let her off leash since she always had great recall thanks to the training she received. One morning she spotted a deer and took off after it. After one recall she immediately stopped chasing and came back to me. Paw and Hand also sends lots of pictures and videos which were the highlight of my day.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Paw and Hand! When we first reached out, our two puppy siblings were an adorable ball of chaos—double the fluff, double the trouble. Kevin and team worked absolute magic with them. Through their patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging training, they went from wild and unruly to dogs we can truly enjoy. Our puppies now hold solid bed stays, heel beautifully, and reliably sit, down, and stay—even with distractions around. Kevin and the team’s calm, consistent approach and clear communication made training easy for us to follow and fun for our pups. They not only trained our dogs, they trained us to be confident, capable owners. We are beyond grateful for Kevin’s expertise and highly recommend him and his team to anyone who wants to turn their pups into well-mannered companions. He has completely transformed our home life with our dogs, and we couldn’t be happier!
