I was genuinely shocked by the condition of this business. The property was cluttered with trash and junk, and there was dog feces throughout the yard, making it feel extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Customers are required to wait outside while your dog is taken inside, so you never get to see the environment where the grooming actually takes place. Based on what I observed outside, I was very uncomfortable leaving my dog there and couldn't help but wonder what the grooming area looked like. Unfortunately, the grooming itself was disappointing. It was mediocre at best, and when my dog came home, he had a fairly large cut or burn behind his jaw that had bled and already started scabbing over. He also seemed unusually anxious afterward. He didn't even smell freshly bathed, despite being sprayed with what smelled like women's body spray before leaving. To make matters worse, I stepped in a large pile of fresh dog feces while loading my dog back into my car. I'm not writing this out of spite. I believe pet owners deserve to know the conditions where they're leaving their animals. Cleanliness, professionalism, and safety should be basic expectations for any grooming business.

Paula is great. I get my dog groomed for $70, that's a little more than she asks for, bc I'm trying to make sure to cover the Venmo fee of 4% and a little more. I will point out that PetSmart is over $100. I will also point out that he has never come home with any kind of boo boo from Ms. Paula, which is highly impressive, as he is a wiggly boy. I get her to cut him short but I also included a pic of what he looks like a little grown out. Leo likes being short, and he stays cleaner and needs less grooming this way. Thank you Paula for giving me someone to trust in Sand Springs!

Mrs Paula has been my groomer for 18 yrs. She groomed my Maggie until she passed and continues to groom Sophie and Yoli. They love going to see her. Paula is very sweet and does amazing grooming. Check her out!!

My scruffy looks so much better and I know he feels amazing 🤩 I highly recommend Paula’s paw spa she is the absolute best and so caring. I rescued scruffy from dog shelter and this was his first haircut and tell you he feels amazing. The pictures he looks like a new pup

Wow, she was absolutely amazing. I feel so bad she stayed up late just to squeeze my pups in. And she took her time with them. They both are beautiful and smelling amazing and seem very happy when getting them. If I could give her 1000000 plus stars I would. Thank you. You are very kind and sweet person.
