I’m so ecstatic about my experience at Pasadena Pet. I boarded my Jack Russell for 4 nights and I couldn’t be happier! Dakota was able to interact with all the dogs daily and even had a swim party. The owner Pam is very accessible and is a “hands on” owner. The staff are wonderful and caring! Trust me, I know!

The owner and staff are incredibly kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about and animal behavior. We recently adopted our senior dog Oliver in December and we were told upon adoption that “he wasn’t good with other dogs” but the owner of Pasadena Pet had assured us that he just needed to be more trained and socialized. On the spot she showed us how to introduce our dog to a new dog. I was blown away that just by simply changing our body language that Oliver was able to meet another dog while remaining calm and non-reactive. I felt that we had found the right place to maximize his potential. We loved all the services we received here. Had we not moved out of state, this would be our regular spot for boarding, daycare and grooming! Even in the short few months we took Oliver here I think it made a big difference in his life. Oliver will miss his friends at Pasadena Pet, but wanted you to know he’s now thriving in his new home in Washington! Sending much love to all the staff. ♥️ 🐾

The groomers here are fantastic and so caring! If you have a cat or dog this is the place to go for grooming and boarding. Very professional and will 100% be taking my cat here again. Only place I will trust from here on.

I boarded my cat, [Winnie and Geraldine], here for 3 days and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was caring, attentive, and clearly love cats. Since it was their first time being boarded - they made sure they were comfortable & provided them extra pets :) Everything went well and they were relaxed when I came to pick them up. Will definitely use them again!

I cannot believe I haven’t left a review for PAM and her crew at Pasadena Pet! I’ve been going to Pasadena Pet for close to 16 years now and hands down they are the best in Pasadena! I wanted someone who would love and handle my dogs as I would when they are being groomed. I wanted a cage free zone with adequate supervision after their styling. Pasadena Pet delivers on all of my “wants” and exceeds my expectations each visit! If you’re looking for daycare fun or grooming needs give me a go!
