Awesome boarding experience. I would 100% recommend Parkway for boarding and we already have them scheduled for our next adventure. We boarded 2 dogs for 11 days while we went on vacation. I always get stressed when we leave our fur babies but I actually enjoyed our vacation knowing we could check on them at any time. We have used several other boarding facilities in Lakeland but didn’t have good experiences-Sometimes they came home like they were starving and drank water like they hadn’t had any for days. Once came home with diarrhea for several days - vet bill $350. But Parkway Pet Hotel catered to our dogs. All staff members were super friendly. We boarded them in a large suite which had 24 hour web cam so we could check on them. Their food and water was kept in their kennel so they could get it at any time, as our dogs are grazers! One day when I looked in on them, they were out for play/potty time and the staff were vacuuming their suite and cleaning their window. Yes, each suite has a window so they can look outside and raised beds to sleep on (and I thought I spoiled our dogs)! As a very nervous first time dog owner I was VERY apprehensive of leaving him. This was the first time since we adopted him that we were not with him. He had a fantastic time. He absolutely loved being there. I am almost jealous of how much fun he was having in the picture. All of my insecurities melted away. I am completely confident our next stay will be equally as fun for him and I will be worry free knowing he is in good hands.

If you’re looking for a dog boarding location, this is the spot to go! Super friendly staff that truly love what they do. We have boarded our two dogs here multiple times and will continue to do so for future trips. I love that they share photos of them on Sunday’s through social media. Makes it such a fun way for updates! Highly recommend it here.

We trust Parkway to take great care of our two puppy girls. They were very attentive to them and provided detailed updates any time we called. Having a camera in their room provides excellent piece of mind when we are away. Also, I can tell they like having a window to see the other dogs coming and going. We are repeat customers and would highly recommend Parkway Pet Resort.
