lovely, friendly groomers, always excellent haircuts and washes on my dog! only loses one star because it takes around 4 hours drop off to pick up. if you have the time to spare please check them out! i truly get the vibes that the people who work here really love and care for the animals they work with.

They did an excellent job with my doodle's bath. He can be quite nervous with new people and with the groomer and vet but even though it was his first time here they put him right at ease. They took great care to brush out some small mats rather than cut everything out, and his fur was fluffy soft and beautiful afterwards. And he was a happy pup! Friendly staff and good availability for appointments. Will definitely be my new go to groomer in the area.

This salon is hands down the best. The owner and her team are so caring, very professional, and 100% invested in the dogs they get. My dog isn’t always the best with grooming, but somehow they make it work. My dog actually gets excited to see Irma at the point and I love that energy.

My occasionally nervous dog never has a problem going here and is always happy to go right to Marta, so that's already a big plus. She really always does a great job even with my mutt's somewhat complicated coat. I used to take my dog here even when it was quite a drive because I was sick of going to other places that gave poor quality results and that my dog was wary of. Her coat is always crazy soft when I pick her up and she smells good for a long time afterwards.

Yesterday afternoon I was given last minute notification that our building was being sprayed and that all pets needed to be kept away for no less than three hours for their safety. I called numerous grooming boutiques from Chicago's Gold Coast, Rivernorth, the West loop and Lakeview. Even my own Vet clinic turned me down and said they would be unable to take in my cat 🐈 nor offer him a grooming. I just needed a safe place to babysit or bathe and groom my cat between twelve noon and 3 pm. Every vet clinic and grooming facility was unsympathetic and or no longer accepting new clientele and I was genuinely frustrated because my cat had mats in his coat and he was sctraching at his coat because his undercoat needed a good brush out. Martha was literally the only person who bothered to return my call and I explained that our building was being fumigated and that my cat had several knots in his coat that were making him miserable. She accommodated my time constraints graciously and without hesitation and I dropped Sebastiano off today at 12:15pm and picked him up at 4pm and he looked relaxed and extremely comfortable. It was obvious to me that the groomers here do beautiful work w
