Pampered Pups grooming

I wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately, our first visit didn't go the way we hoped. The cut was uneven — choppy patches across her back, legs and shoulders, and one side of her face noticeably longer than the other. When I texted about it, I was offered a re-do. I appreciate that, but the groomer also told me she had looked my dog over before pickup, which means this was seen and she was sent home that way anyway. I explained I didn't have time to come back in, and the only solution offered was still a second appointment. The inconvenience ended up being entirely ours. Photos attached.

We had a fantastic first experience at Pampered Pups! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the dogs were genuinely loved and well cared for. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and positive, and it was obvious the groomers truly enjoy what they do. Our Golden Retriever came home looking amazing, clean, happy, and clearly well cared for throughout the entire visit. I don’t easily trust others with my dog, but Pampered Pups completely earned that trust. Knowing she was treated with kindness and compassion means more to me than anything. I’m extremely happy with our experience and will absolutely be bringing her back. If you’re looking for groomers who genuinely care about your dog as much as you do, I highly recommend Pampered Pups!

We’ve been taking our Bernese Mountain Dog, Henry, to Pampered Pups for nearly a year, and we’ve had a wonderful experience every time. The team is consistently friendly, communicative, and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. Henry always comes home looking great, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in good hands. I highly recommend Pampered Pups to anyone looking for a trustworthy groomer who provides excellent service and care for their pup!

My favorite groomer I’ve used in the last 8 years! She is so nice and so good with the pups. They always come back looking perfect! Especially our bernedoodle - he used to come back bald from other groomers who didn’t want to take the time to brush him (he’s super curly and gets mats) and she was able to keep hair on him! I also ask for our yorkie to have a little longer hair and she looks amazing. The white dog looks like a totally different dog from how good she looks. 10/10 every time!!

This place did an incredible job in both cleaning and caring for our sweet rescue. They were patient and gentle, as this was her first time getting groomed. They were done in record time too, I was amazed at the speedy turnaround! The design aesthetic makes for a super fun space, and their location is a conveniently close drive for Ranch families looking to pamper their pooch. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Highly recommend checking this spot out, and their pricing is incredibly competitive. You won’t be disappointed! The owner is an absolute gem!
