Ocean Springs is in Mississippi, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ocean Springs follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. You’re better off going to Petco. $168 on my two Australian shepherds for them to look chopped up. I’ve tried a lot of groomers here in Mississippi, but this one is probably the worst one. Asked for the feet face and fanny cleanup along with belly. Privates are completely shave just looked for yourself.. I’m just glad hair grows back.

I just tried calling and when the woman answered she was really rude when I said hello (the call was breaking up a bit and I was making sure we could hear each other) and was just very dismissive and disrespectful when I tried asking questions.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!!! They borderline abused my dog and I witnessed by the grace of God. I dropped him off early morning and 4 hours had passed and no communication on their end so, I went up there to see what was going on. As I arrived, they said he wasn’t ready so as I was waiting, I peaked behind the curtain and they were pulling my dog by his hair on his face, pulling his ears and manhandling him in a very VERY inappropriate/ aggressive way. I was mortified and demanded them to give me my dog RIGHT THEN AND THERE even though he was not done. The owner tried to go back-and-forth with me, which is very unprofessional. She was very rude and said some very out-of-pocket things… absolutely will not be retuning and will spread the word on multiple platforms to get this out because the owner is a terrible human for allowing this to happen and standing up for the women that do this to so many other dogs that might be yours…

Hi! I'm leaving this review to help inform future customers about my experience with this service. When I looked over the reviews for Pampered Pets, they were all positive and had me confident to leave my dog in their hands...unfortunately my experience was less than positive. I brought my dog in for a full groom on Tuesday (11/2). He is a 1yr old Mini Aussie, which is a double coated breed and he has sensitive skin. When I called ahead to make an appointment, I asked if they had experience with this breed and they quickly responded with a "yes". It was my first time using this grooming service, so I expected the front desk personnel to be patient with me as I went over what I wanted done. That was not the case. She was very abrasive and dismissive. She rushed me to tell her what I wanted done, not taking the time to greet my dog appropriately and listen to what I was asking. I came in with pictures and a list of the services I wanted done for my dog, specifying multiple times that on the sanitary trim "I did not want it short." Fast forward to when I picked him up. They were quick to get him for me and rush me out, but I took my time to look him over and make sure they did as I r
