I take all three of our Shih Tzus here for full grooms with a puppy cut and full shave, and overall I’ve had great experiences. I especially love when their ears and tails are shaved down as it keeps them looking neat and makes such a difference. There have been a few visits in the past where their tails were left a bit shaggy, but today they absolutely nailed it. Their ears were shaved perfectly, and their tails were trimmed down a lot, just the way I like them. The staff is always so sweet and gentle with my pups, and it’s clear they handle them with real care. I appreciate their kindness and the way they treat my dogs like their own. When the details are done right, the grooms look fantastic, and today was definitely one of those days.

My whole family brings all of our dogs here. Never a complaint from any of us. They do a fabulous job and they really care about the dogs. There are some reviews on here that are ridiculous. They’d make you think you’re going to get your dog back covered with blood… which is absolutely ridiculous. Please use discretion when reading some of the 1 *’s. I spoke to them about the one with blood in the photos. They accidentally clipped a nail too short. They offered to bandage it up with some ointment, the owner refused and chose to rant here instead. Our dogs are happy every time.

Amazing place and staff!!!! I had Jennifer Adams work on my pup. She did an amazing job. Mobile grooming or in house work is all fantastic. I would highly recommend, ask for Jennifer!!!!!

**IF YOU HAVE A DOODLE OR LONG HAIR DOG, GO ELSEWHERE** PHOTOS ARE AFTER HER BOTCHED CUT The first time I brought my baby here (mini goldendoodle girl), she was only about 5 months old and only needed a "mini groom". Face, fanny and feet. It came out decent because it was a simple bath, blow and trim. The second time I scheduled her an appointment it was starting to get warm and with her being so fluffy, decided to cut down her full coat a bit to give her some relief before it got too hot out for her. I cannot put into words how BUTCHERED they left her. Please see before and after photos. I was given no further details on why they completely shaved her down despite the notes being very clear regarding my expectation of a bit of length taken off and an overall trim and to PLEASE CALL ME if for any reason they felt her coat needed to be taken down any lower. Upon picking her up I was extremely shocked and upset. I immediately asked to speak with the owner. Aside from her cut being terrible, my normally sweet and bubbly girl was extremely distraught the entire evening after coming home, even flinching when we would try to pet her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Kind, knowledgeable, very high quality, mid-tier priced grooming. I called this morning and Pampered Paws was able to fit in my new pitbull in the afternoon. All other groomers in the area are either overbooked, overpriced, or don't accept pitbulls. Even though I was 20 minutes early to my appointment they were welcoming and took him in right away. I left to run errands and an hour later they called me up to tell me he was ready for pick up. Before he came in he had been smelly and shedding like crazy! Our house was covered in dog hair. But now he is sitting on our BLACK couch so clean, fresh, and comfortable. I don't see ANY hair on it! Paid $45 for a wash, dry, teeth clean, ear clean, nail trim, and de-shedding. I was annoyingly worried about the nail trim because the vet warned me about groomers who cut too much nail and cause pain. Pampered Paws reassured me when I expressed this concern. They told me when I picked him up that they didn't really trim because he didn't need it. Instead they just smoothed out the nail and I am so happy with the result. Also! The groomer there let me know that the prong collar I had on him was way too tight and that I needed
