We LOVE Edna!! Edna is seriously one of the kindest people you will ever meet. As a Pitbull owner, it can be SO hard finding a groomer who will work with my dogs without making it a big issue, judging them, or immediately wanting them muzzled, Even though they are fully trained and good k9 certified lol! Edna has been the complete opposite—patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. I have a 73 lb pitbull, and our newest addition—an aussie/pit puppy who’s only like 12 lbs 🥹😂 and Edna has taken the time to answer my millions of questions (especially about nail trims, because my dogs are terrified of them.) She’s helped me SO much with advice and reassurance without ever making me feel annoying or brushed off. Honestly, it’s such a different experience than going to a big corporate groomer because 1) they charge you an arm and a leg and 2) 99% of the time I come home irritated because something wasn’t done right. With Edna, I know for sure it’s going to be done exactly the way I want it, and it’s also not going to break my pocket. She even tells me exactly how she gets dogs smelling SO good, AND you can just tell her grooms are top tier. I love that it’s such a personable expe

Edna is an amazing groomer! We have been customers for 10 years and have always been satisfied and more with her work and service. Our two standard poodles ADORE Edna. They are always excited to be there and are obviously loved on while they are groomed. Edna's rates are fair - we highly recommend her services!

Miss Edna has been grooming my dogs for 10 years. She truly loves dogs and takes excellent care of them. One of my dogs is a nervous girl, but Edna is always able to groom her and take excellent care of her. Edna knows what she’s doing!

Owner is incredibly arrogant and has no respect for people with disabilities. My son who has cerebral palsy, had to climb over parking curbs just to get into his therapy session next door because she felt the need to block the pedestrian walkway. When I spoke to here she just brushed it off and thought it was funny. Apparently she’s been doing this for a while. I’m sorry, but I do not support businesses that have a prejudice against people with disabilities.

We have been seeing Miss Edna for 3 years now. She is so good with my Sophie who needs regular grooming. Edna is efficient, affordable, and great with my pup. She grooms her exactly how I ask her to. Can't say enough good things about Pampered Paws!
