In June I brought my cat in. She was having asthma attacks so all I needed was an exam and a prescription. The assistant checked her first and thought she had asthma. The doctor comes in and tells me it’s her teeth making her this way. Gives me a 4,000$ bill to get them removed. No matter what I said, the videos I showed him he said “no it’s the tooth” I don’t have 4000$ so I go to Mexico, pay for X-rays to even see if it needs to be extracted (they did not offer X-rays to even double check) I was informed her teeth were just fine just needed a clean. They told me she had asthma, gave me a prescription now instead of 3 attacks a day it’s down to 1 every other day. If I would have listened to palo verde my cat would still not be able to breathe with less teeth and also 4000$ in debt. Is this was a good doctor they would rule out anything possible instead of making you pay for the biggest treatment that’s not needed. I came for help but left confused and frustrated. Do better and care for your patients not the money !

Wonderful vet office! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The clinic is well maintained and clean. The veterinarian talked me through everything and helped my 15 year old cat get better. I fully trust this clinic with all of my pets from now on! I highly recommend this clinic!

I am so grateful for PaloVerde Pet clinic. They treat my little monster with so much love and respect. Any concerns I have they are always able to answer me or comfort us. Absolutely love the staff. My girl loves them too even if your vocals express differently lol.

Dr. Prince was very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from him on our 1st visit. Joanna the vet tech was so nice and helpful too. I recommend them!

A few days ago, I took my 6 year old puggle in for a nail trim. He is always hesitant with other people. The tech was so caring and gentle and patient. He even allowed her to pick him up- unusual for him. She did a terrific job with him. My wait time was only a few minutes. The person at the front desk was quick and friendly as always. We have been going there since they opened. I’ve never had a negative experience.
