Our Dog House

Stopped here to see if I could get a look see of the daycare and boarding. Front office gal was the rudest I have encountered at a doggy daycare facility. I was told absolutely not and I would be required to make an appointment. She rudely suggested I call the business rather than her scheduling the appointment. In any event front area looked small and uninviting.

Our dog house an all its staff are exceptional. Ive been taking my dog Vinny for most his life and he loves going. That says it all. I trust them an know he will always be safe and have lots of zoomies an play time with all his furry friends. Thank you all Our dog house is part of our family. Vinny tells me all about them. This place is amazing! We took our dog here for a day as we were just passing through visiting. They are super easy to work with, have a little report card for how he did during his stay, and did a very thorough temperament training to put him with the right group of pups. Our anxious dog did so well and came back so tired and happy! Can’t recommend this place enough and wish we had one so nice where we live!

This review is long overdue. I brought my dog to ODH for about two years when I worked in Ventura. The staff is bar none the best staff when it comes to caring for dogs. They were communicative about even the slightest mishaps, provided little “report cards” when he was first getting acclimated to going to daycare, and never hesitated to accommodate us when we needed last minute boarding. It’s because of ODH that I was able to work full time and still care for Bentley; without them I would have had to give him up. I love this place so much I will still drive from north Hollywood every now and then for Bentley to spend time with his second family. They’re the best & I genuinely cannot recommend this location and this staff enough.

I love this place so much! The entire staff is friendly and they really care about all the doggos! I went on vacation for 5 days and it happened to be over my dog’s second birthday. They dressed him up in birthday attire and sent me pics which completely made my day. I never worry about Nash when I am on vacation because I know he is in great hands! I highly recommend our dog house for boarding as well as daycare. They are fantastic!
