Orange Grooming

I used to take my dog here all the time. The time before last the groomer told me my dog peed on the table. This is not a normal behavior for him. When I picked him up, he was shaking, he was very afraid and fearful Because he’s a rescue this was more traumatic. He is the calmest boy ever, he came out scared, but I thought maybe he just had an interaction with another dog. Last time he came out with an infection, might’ve been ringworm I’m not sure. He had these growing round circles where he was losing fur and there was like this scaly residue in his fur. Spent $300 at the vet just to deal with the infection

I have taken my dog Juno to be groomed here a couple times and everything has been fine, now I took him and he was returned very sad and frightened with a some scars on his head, and redness around his eyes, which seem to be red bumps that were not there before. I am disappointed with his cut, his hair is shorter than it was last time and he did not receive the regular schnauzer cut. Very displeased will definitely not return.

Took my dog Poppi for the first time this past week and she’s never looked better! They understood my requests perfectly and she came out looking absolutely adorable after a quick grooming. She is normally nervous at the groomer and was so happy when we picked her up! EDIT: the past two times I took my dog here there were issues and it took over 3 hours for grooming. The first time they cut her and left two red spots on her. I thought it was a one time accident. This time, my dog was terrified and the employees were extremely rude when I complained about how long she had been there. Afterward, my dog has been extremely attached to me and upset, won’t eat and is constantly licking herself. I will Not be returning and am extremely upset with this customer service.

This place is amazing. Serious recognition to Victor. I have an innocent looking 5lb Morkie with so much anxiety that he sees anyone with a bath or scissors as a threat - and he naturally responds with a very dangerous bite ( I get bit trying to muzzle him). Ollie was in bad shape. I brought him here as a last resort. Victor calmed him and groomed my fur baby back to health. Thank you so much!
