This location was easy to get to and had lots of parking. My senior cat gets very stressed and struggles when she has to go in a carrier, and I was worried about her injuring herself during the struggle. The staff there understood. They allowed me to just carry her in. They were fast and thorough, and the total price for their services was much less than I had expected. I highly recommend them!

While at the emergency vet, a homeless woman brought in 3 stray kittens and when the receptionist said she couldn’t keep them, the woman ran off. I offered to try to find them a shelter nearby, and to take some photos of them and post them online. I already have two cats at home and sadly can’t keep any more, but I got the kittens to the vet, de wormed, and stabilized. Because the woman’s dumping of the cats was a crime, Animal Control instructed me to bring the kittens to this shelter and told me the facility would be expecting them. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely upsetting from the moment I walked in. When I first entered, a woman (black hair, maybe 55-65 years old, with what looks like significant and botched plastic surgery) at the front desk glared at me, and the interaction immediately felt hostile. She acted confused & dismissive, even after reading out loud a message from Animal Control saying that she should expect 3 kittens while I stood there. She told me they were a private shelter (they are a government contractor mandated to comply w/ the terms of their contract with Animal Control) that “didn’t need this,” and refused to take the kittens. She made m

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and my overall experience at this shelter. They were all very nice and helpful, even the dog walk volunteers answered questions that I had about the chihuahua I was interested in. It took me just 3 hours or so to sign the paperwork, get my chihuahua fixed, get all her immunization shots, and released for me to pick her up. There is a large amount of dogs in the shelter, so the staff is always busy. It is definitely a stressful environment for the sheltered dogs with constant barking and commotion, but the staff is doing what they can to help these dogs find a new home. It just shows how many pets are abandoned, lost, or turned in due to financial burden. As I waited to do the paperwork, 2 people came in to drop a lost chihuahua and a crate full of kittens. I can’t imagine how many intakes they receive on a daily basis. It’s very sad to see and I hope every single one of those dogs and cats find a new loving family. Thank you to the manager Rose and the other front desk lady (I am so sorry I forgot your name!) for helping me with my first-time adoption, as well as the sweet dog-walking volunteer Fifi who introduced me to Paris

We adopted out beautiful girl “lily” today. We renamed her to Saya but we just absolutely LOVE HER. The process was amazing and they are thorough in making sure they’re not just giving their animals to anyone by verifying proof of residence, etc which I can really appreciate. She’s literally perfect we couldn’t ask for better.🩷😭✨

Dr. David is amazing! He promptly operated my Misty for bladder stones removal. The surgery went well and he saved my dog's life. It's been 3 weeks now and she is doing amazing! She is full of life again!! Lol... The ladies at the front desk are also amazing! They took such great care of her before, during and after surgery. We are so thankful for everyone at AAA Animal Hospital. They are wonderful, work very hard, are so busy and I respect them very much. Thank you Doctor Contestine and everyone for your dedication. I give this place a big 5 stars for sure!!!!
