Ooh La La Pet Spaw and Hotel

As a new dog mom, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Prior to my dog’s grooming appointment, she was not scratching and showed no signs of fleas. When I picked her up, the groomer mentioned that she had seen some fleas on my dog. Once we got home, the situation quickly escalated. Since that appointment, I have been dealing with a flea infestation in my home for over a month. Despite treating my dog, washing everything, vacuuming constantly, and taking multiple measures to get rid of them, the problem continues. This has been stressful, expensive, and frustrating. I understand that fleas can be picked up in many places, but the timing of everything makes me very concerned. My dog showed no signs before the visit, and the issues began immediately afterward. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this groomer to other pet owners. The first time I brought cashmere here there was no issue. This was our second visit here and I’m still saddened by the experience

I AM SO HAPPY! I brought in 3 Huskies. Yes, 3! Each one looked clean, smelled clean, and had a wagging tail! What a great place. We will ALL be back!

I cannot say enough great things about Ooh La La Pet Spaw. Jeannie was absolutely amazing. She did an incredible job and made my babies look better than they ever have. She cut them exactly how I asked and paid attention to every detail. Not only is she super talented, but she is also incredibly sweet and patient, especially with my anxious baby. I am so thankful we found her and cannot wait to see the bond she builds with my babies over time. If you are looking for a groomer who will come to your home and create a calm, stress-free experience for your babies, Jeannie is the one. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much, Jeannie!

My dog loved his first free half day of play and assessment! He's never been around other dogs and we were scared we waited too long. He's 9 months old, he had a blast with the other dogs. I have his stay scheduled in about a month. He's going to have a great time while we're away, we won't have to worry about him being alone for the majority of the day. This place is great! They also gave him a report card and he excelled!

I can’t say enough good things about Ooh La La and their staff! My dog absolutely loves coming here! When I moved here, I toured multiple facilities and I can honestly say this one is by far the best. From their personal approach, beautiful and clean facility, and the care given to my dog. Whether it be daycare, boarding, or grooming -they are by far superior! Thank you guys so much!
