Dr Natalie saw my cat Finnegan since he was a kitten up last year (2025) when I moved out of state. She was wonderful; she got down on the floor to greet him at his level. For the length of time I spent taking Finnegan there he never minded the environment-he was always very well taken care of; the love and tenderness shown by Dr Nalalie & the staff was great! I would recommend you bring your furry friend to her for any needs you could have.

We took our tabby, Meow Meow, to Oly Cats for the last 9 years and always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Jaemi and the entire staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cared about both pets and their owners. Recently, when Meow Meow’s health declined, we were worried we would have to rush him to the ER for end of life care earlier than we’ve anticipated. Oly Cats quickly called us back and Dr. Jaemi was able to adjust her schedule so he could peacefully be put to sleep there instead, which meant so much to our family during an incredibly difficult time. We’re very grateful for the care Meow Meow received throughout his life and would absolutely recommend Oly Cats to other cat owners. We hope to continue trusting Oly Cats with our future pets.

I’ve been going to Oly Cats (Healthy Pets) for about 15 years (minus a few years when I lived in Centralia), and they’ve always been awesome — but my recent experiences with Dr. Jaemi have truly gone above and beyond. One of my cats started having really bad constipation and had already needed an emergency vet visit. When it happened again, I called Oly Cats for advice, not expecting to hear back right away since they’re always so busy — but Dr. Jaemi personally called me around 7 PM that same day! She asked some questions, figured out he needed to be seen soon, and got us a drop-off appointment for the next morning. We got updates all day, super clear care instructions, and she even checked in the next day to make sure he was doing okay. She also prepared us for the potential of another urgent drop off if he didn't potty within the next couple days. Good news is - he poo'd about half an hour before we were set to call the clinic. Her kindness and follow-through meant so much. She also cared for our senior cat last year and was incredible. She taught us how to give subcutaneous fluids at home, helped us through end-of-life care with so much compassion, and even identified a rare
