I decided to try this facility for my cats grooming after the one I normally used close down. They had very timely responses and were very friendly, I was told the grooming could take 3 to 4 hours, but my girl was done in an hour and a half. The best part about this was the price, I paid just under $100 for my cat to get her lion cut which is significantly cheaper than I have paid previously. The facility looks nice and well kept, and as I previously stated, everyone was very friendly. My girl loves to get trimmed and she was purring on her way out of the facility so we will definitely be back.

Brought my kitty in for grooming on recommendation by my neighbor and she did a really nice job. I usually take them to the vet groomer but they can come back with the coat looking rather chopped up but Olga took good care. She even had something to help my cats dandruff. I will definitely bring my girl back again.

A great place to take your dog! Olga is so nice and sweet. My dog is usually nervous around other people and dogs but she's always comfortable here when she gets her nails trimmed. Olga does a great job too getting her nails cut as short as possible. She is always going above and beyond to help, one time I walked in late as she was closing and she offered to go back into the store to cut my dogs nails. Overall it's a great place to go!

Olga always takes great care of our Cookie! Our English bully has special needs and Olga always does a great job on her nails!!! Our little diva is pampered

Olga did a fine job grooming my two shorthair cats. I scheduled a full grooming (haircut, bath + nails) for both cats. This was my first time taking my cats anywhere to be groomed so, I wasn’t sure what to expect, and I chose to wait there during the appointment. I should have initially asked more questions about the appointment timeframes, where the cats wait, and overall wait times, but I was not sure what questions to ask. Good: Their haircuts look good, they received baths, and all of their nails were trimmed. I am pleased with how both of them look and I know they feel better with less fur for the upcoming summer heat. when I arrived I was given a 4 to 5 hour timeframe (until they would be done), but Olga was quick, and their grooming appointment only took one and half hours instead. I did wait at the shop, which may have influenced the time. Not-So Good: She did trim their nails, but they were cut entirely too short for cat nails. Both cats were not injured by this, their nails are just too short.
