The car wash itself is pretty good but every employee who works there acts as if they absolutely hate their job. The guy standing at the kiosk was rude and talked to me like I was stupid because I didn’t see the tiny sign that said Card only. I even apologize because I’m not from Norman so I wasn’t familiar with the car wash. He didn’t respond at all when you get up to the actual car wash the Lady, who was directing you in and spraying the windshield had a terrible look on her face. I smiled at her, intentionally three different times and she just looked at me with the biggest frown you’ve ever seen. I wanted to say if you hate your job just say that . no thanks. I’ll stick with my small town car wash.

Norman Location: Well - I’m embarrassed to say the least, and angry at the most. I don’t have a membership as I live out of state (my family lives here), and I’ve used this car wash many times with the same vehicle, and no additions to the outside or anything. Today, I pulled in & paid (I was assisted by a very nice man at the pay hub). Pulled into the wash as instructed, the man inside sprayed the front of my car with the prewash, then the back. All of a sudden, he stopped the belt, and came over and had me roll my window down. He asked if I had the key to my trailer hitch (I do, but it’s actually stuck… I’ve literally had it on since I got the car in 2017), so I say no, but I’ve been to this very car wash many times, no problems. And he says that I cannot go through the car wash, as they don’t allow trailer hitches. That I’m going to need to BACKUP out of the wash. By this point, there are about 4-5 cars behind me, who ALSO have to backup, so I can get to the “exit lane”. I also had to backup over the rollers that hold your car in place. The man made all of them backup, I backed up. I will say, they did refund me (good), but I had to leave the car wash with my car being actually

Would have gotten 5 stars if they actually stay open until closing time. Went by 30 minutes before posted closing time and they've been gone.

Employees were great. Car wash was okay. I liked the clean towels to wipe down after the wash. The vacuum sounded like it has suction, but it didn't work. I want to roll out sparkling and clean inside and out!! Just didn't get that experience 😔 I'm left looking for another place to vacuum and clean out the inside. Not really worth the $20 bucks. I'd move around and find another.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DONT GO HERE. Went here before and loved it. Decided to give it another try, bad decision. Left my car covered in scratches that I now have to go pay to get buffed out. Extremely disappointed and will not ever be returning. If you want to keep your car nice, I would not recommend going here. They are not willing to help you if anything happens to your vehicle and blames it all on you when something happens. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money.
