Oh So Pretty

I've used this grooming service for years. Even in their old location. Everybody there is always so nice. I've had mercy do my dog for years and she does an amazing job! I've had other people do my dog over the years and they've also been great. I recommend oh so pretty to everyone

I had my dog come here and let them know ahead of time that she is very nervous and i would be bringing her in on medication for anxiety to help her through the groom. I told them that i really want this to be a good experience for her so do what you can and if at any point you feel like she is getting over threshold please stop and let me know and I will still pay you for the service. The one thing that should’ve been a red flag is that they don’t require proof of vaccination. When i went to pick up my dog the groomer told me that my dog bit her on the lip. my dog has never bitten someone before this even as a nervous girl and the groomer admitted to me that she put my nervous dog in a pop up round pen with other dogs (with unknown vaccine status) and she got really scared when the groomer tried to lift her from the pen resulting my dog nailing her in the lip. I apologized profusely for this as it was out of her character but i did warn them ahead of time that she is very nervous and if they couldn’t accommodate that then they should’ve let me know. now my dog is even more traumatized by groomers. It really felt like the groomer had no experience reading dog body language to help

Absolutely terrible job. Absolute chaos when arrived, never greeted nor told what procedure was, just took dogs and said comeback later Estimate was lower than what was paid. My dog looks worse than when I brought her in. Her fur is mangy and tail has clearly been cut or had hair ripped out from brushing. Wanna know how ownership handles poor customer service? Response to negative review by owner Dawn Zapiec I have reviewed the two times that you have visited our salon. The first time your mini golden doodle got groomed he received a puppy groom so we gave a discount for the first visit. The next time was full price which is $100 plus tax. That is the standard price for a mini golden doodle in our area. We are a family owned small business with over 20 years of being in operation. We are consistently making sure that our prices are comparable with the grooming salons in our area that produce similar quality grooms. I apologize that you feel that the pricing is too high but that is the average price for a mini golden doodle because of the time it takes to groom the breed that you have. No accountability, just defensive banter. And passive aggressive don’t comebacks.

Nikki has been fantastic with my hyper super happy puppy. She is very pleasant and Oscar looks very handsome when I pick him up. Thank you Nikki! You must have amazing patience. I appreciate all you do to help Oscar stay happy and healthy.
