Called the store to see if they had Fido’s Flora and was told they did. I show up after driving 25 minutes, and while I’m looking around, a guy asks if he can help me. I tell him I’m there to get the Fido’s Flora, and he says, “I don’t think we have it in stock.” Maybe he should have said that differently—or, better yet, checked before telling me they didn’t have it. I told him, “I just called, and I was told you have it.” Yes, I said it in a tone—but I wasn’t yelling. He definitely yelled at me and told me to leave HIS store. Okay. 🤷‍♀️ HIS store is not the only way to get it. I prefer to buy things in person when I can because I like supporting small businesses, but I can just as easily buy it online. And if that’s how he treats customers who actually want to buy something from HIS store, maybe that explains some of the stress. 🤔

Always a delight to encounter helpful and friendly staff when searching for pet products! I was looking for a specific pancreatic diet for my dog and staff were able to special order just one packet of food to test out before committing entirely. I was so appreciative since I have a picky eater and was glad to not be wasteful. The store has a wide variety of food, snack, and toys to shop from. There is parking right out front and around the corner aside from their small lot in the back.

We absolutely love going to this store. Melanie and the whole staff are always so knowledgeable. They've helped us find alternatives to their food allergies. There's always a great variety of toys. Our pups, Happy & Seager, enjoy visiting, too.

They are just AMAZING! Really great place for pet lovers. I had the opportunity to meet them a year ago and I loved the experience from day one. Iván, Jenna and Janiese are very professional, friendly and know a lot about pets and everything that their care and maintenance require. I highly recommend them and I hope to continue to be a happy customer with the great work they do!

Great store! They have knowledgeable and friendly humans + cute fur workers too! They have great food / treat alternatives for our furbabies, which is great. Very well kept and clean. They offer curbside pick up as well. Pictures: Kylo got his new harness there and Piccolo is w the gigantic hydrant 😂
