Ocean Wash and Dry

This laundromat is large and offers a good variety of washing machines. However, you need a laundry card to use the machines, and that has been a recurring issue for me. My first visit was during the first week of June, and they were completely out of cards. Fortunately, someone was there to help me get started, but I don't like having to bother other customers or staff for assistance. I returned on June 23, and they still didn't have any cards available. Once again, I had to ask for help just to use the machines. The facility itself is nice, but management really needs to keep laundry cards in stock so customers can use the services without inconvenience.

I’ve been to Ocean Wash and Dry a few times, and overall it’s a pretty good place for laundry. The space is big and usually clean, which makes it comfortable to stay while your clothes are washing. There are a lot of machines, including large ones, so it’s easy to do all your laundry at once. The dryers work well and finishing laundry doesn’t take too long and Shaa very helpful thanks

Interesting place with a unique business plan*. 🤔 I usually avoid places like this but I kind of got suckered because I didn't know any better at the beginning....🤦🏻‍♂️ I mistakenly thought the machines take credit cards💳 but they don't. They only take the proprietary card from the establishment. 😬You have to buy for $5 but it preloads with $3 and you can get $2 back for the card, but you don't get anything back for the money that's on the card 🤦🏻‍♂️ and there will always be money remaining on the card because of the unusual increments on the machines! 😠 (.26 or .49) I didn't know that after you buy the card, you can insert it into another machine 🤦🏻‍♂️ and load $1 at a time onto it, but only from the cash machine. You can't use a credit card to load your laundry card in $1 increments. The minimum load via CC is $10, so since they don't charge for dryers I ended up spending $13 for two loads of laundry! 🤦🏻‍♂️And that was in the small washers 🫨 Believe me you're paying for the dryers anyway...😡 But there's more.....😑 * There's another catch.. 😡 The cost for using the washers is uniquely incremented so you always have to refill your card - you always end up with money on it! Much

Ocean Wash and Dry at 1117 Dallas Dr, Denton, TX 76205 Service Update on 05/17/2026 (2nd Review) Loyalty is earned and not just given. Since my first review, i've been here at least five times. Today, while attempting to load money onto their card. The upload system decided to take one dollar from me. I explained this to the attendant, but without a care, they said nothing. They didn't even say anything. She just looked at me, like it's nothing. They can do anything about it. Just be cautious using this paid machine. Which you see is very low and hard to read in the pictures. Unless you're like four feet tall. Now I might be looking and finding another laundry to give my business too. 🥹 (1st Review) I need to wash my entire house full of clothes 🧺👔and bed 🛏️ linens with bedspreads. This was the perfect place. Not only do they have very large washing machines but the dryers are free. The service staff that was on site were basically miracle workers. If you come to this place on the weekend during the daytime, it is extremely packed. The parking is kind of limited but it is all their parking space. I was in and out with my entire house washed and dried within 2 hours. I was able to
