I have been boarding my two Shih Tzus at NY Puppy Club for several years, and I have always been very happy with their care. Before boarding my dogs there, my husband and I took a tour of the facility. We were impressed by how clean it was and by the friendly, helpful staff. One of the features that really caught my attention was the live camera, which allows you to check on your fur babies seven days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. There have been a few occasions when I was unable to access the camera because of a connection issue. Each time I called to let the staff know, they reset it immediately. Their responsiveness and attentiveness are truly appreciated. I have also seen the staff carrying my 6-pound chocolate Shih Tzu on many occasions. It is clear that they genuinely love animals and are patient, gentle, and caring with the dogs in their care. The rates are also very reasonable. I highly recommend NY Puppy Club to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and trustworthy place to board their pets!

Had my dogs groomed here. Always a great experience. Groomers are very nice and do a great job. My dogs are always happy to be dropped off. Even one who is skittish they say is very calm and good there.

So far so good! We’ve sent our dog here for boarding 3x! She’s always come back happy and tired from the amount of playing and running she does! I love that there’s a live cam on during the day so I can check in on her. I also loved that we were able to get a tour prior to her staying there. I love coming here because I trust them with my little baby! The staff is friendly and always courteous.

After my longtime groomer, who had cared for all of my dogs for many years, sadly passed away, I was concerned about finding someone I could trust to provide the same level of care and attention. A friend recommended NY Puppy Club, and I am extremely glad they did. My groomer, Kris, does an outstanding job every time. She is professional, patient, caring, and clearly takes pride in her work. Bella always comes home looking fantastic, well-groomed, and happy. It's obvious that she truly cares about the animals she works with and treats them as if they were her own. The pricing is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the experience has been consistently positive. Finding a groomer you can trust is not easy, and I feel fortunate to have found Kris and the team at NY Puppy Club. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring grooming service for their pets.

This store is literally a block away from my house and thank god cause we just decided to get another dog after a very long time from having a dog before this.There prices are very reasonable ,which makes it better for me and I don’t have to order online or drive to a Petco or a pet menu to get my Gigi stuff for playtime to food to boarding and washing and cutting my dogs hair and nails. They do it all, the staff in there is super friendly and always helpful I recommend this store for anyone who has a cat or dog and tell them Mr. Anthony M Gagliardi sent cha They get 10 stars but there’s only 5
