Kiana is barker and not nice to other dogs when contained but the grooming appointment went good she looks amazing. And for a long hair German shepherd with a very thick coat is a lot of work👏

Kate does an AMAZING job grooming my dog. A+++ My dog has major anxiety & doesn’t do well with strangers. He doesn’t let anyone but family touch him. I get so much anxiety & emotional even taking him to a groomer. Thank goodness for Katie. She is so good with me & my dog “Will”. I always know he is In safe hands and is treated with kindness. He jumps right up on her table and has a huge smile when I pick him up. My dog is a labradoodle so he will get mats on his long haired tail or under his ears & Katie gets them out gently. She even works with our anxiety by scheduling him at times he can go directly on the table and be picked up immediately after. It means so much to me having someone I can trust & count on when it comes to my baby. Thank-you KATIE!! You are the best groomer we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

I absolutely love Northwest Pet Resort. I’ve used them for grooming for years and I’ve never been disappointed. All of our dog Toby‘s groomers have been amazing. His latest groomer who’s been grooming him for years is AJ. He is so nice and he does an amazing job grooming Toby. You can tell he really loves animals and loves his job. He’s always kind and friendly as well. He really seems quite fond of Toby. The owner is also the sweetest. We are moving out of state and AJ being Toby’ s groomer is one of the things that I will miss the most. I really hope we find him a good groomer once we move, but AJ will honestly be hard to beat. I don’t think I will ever find someone as good as AJ that is so good with Toby and as I said really shows how much he loves animals and his job and he really seems to adore Toby. He really stands out. He really is the best! It was definitely a bittersweet last grooming appointment yesterday. Please let AJ know that I gave him a glowing review because he’s so deserves it and how much I’ve appreciated how amazing he’s been with with Toby and to me. Always upbeat and smiling. Everyone who I’ve come across looking for a good pet groomer I always recommend Nor

The staff here is EXTREMELY accommodating, I was nervous to enroll my dog because he’s a little shy and has separation anxiety and by day 2 I could see a significant improvement in his comfortability towards not only the staff but the building and environment. You could tell he WANTS to be there. I love that the staff gives me a full report on his successes throughout the day & names of friends he’s made. The price is so reasonable for stimulation especially during the winter season where it’s easy to find your animal more cooped up than usual & I will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone and everyone I can. He’s a very happy boy after leaving here with nothing but smiles.

We love this place! Very friendly and welcoming to all. Rocky is so excited when we pull up, and plays hard all day with his friends. The price is very reasonable, and they even have punch cards for a discount. I feel comfortable leaving my dog there! And the staff communicate with you about anything pertinent that happens during the day.
