Noah's Ark Veterinary & Boarding Resort

We have had three pets as patients here and we love the entire team! Our cat is a sweetheart that doesn’t give the vets or techs any trouble but our two dogs were/are very anxious patients. The team at Noah’s Ark does a fantastic job handling their anxiety and working with the individual personalities of each of our fur babies.

We boarded our dogs here back in May. On the last day they were to be groomed. When I picked my dogs up they were panicked and upset. I then noticed that my male had bloodshot eyes. I do not know what happened but they were less than cooperative about turning over surveillance footage. I recommend proceeding with caution with them. Apparently you cannot respond to comments: you were 100% untruthful with surveillance footage. The comment you replied with suggests that there is surveillance footage. You said there was absolutely none. You refused to give it over and your owner refused to even speak with us. Don’t lie.

This place has given me and my family an excellent experience across the board. I have 3 Bully breed dogs, They are very Loving non discrimitory of breed, and very professional when giving the care you need for your pet Family. I have had 2 of my dogs boarded there why'll my Family was vacationing out of town and were unable to bring the dogs. The facility is not extremely large but the inside kennels are very clean, with access for dogs to go in and outside through a doggy door without having access to neighboring pets makes it very accommodating for pets to get fresh air if needed. You leave food and feeding instructions according to diet. As far as the Veterans and assistants very kind and loving to the needs of your Pets . Also to note I had a bit of a financial crisis years later and couldn't afford to pay for the treatment needed for one of my dogs so I asked if they had any payment plan options or wellness plans? They graciously referd me to 2 options one being cherry program I applied and it only took seconds to get approved without a hard credit pull. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that would like great care for pets. Note: I do believe the veterinarian

Got Baxter groomed, and he looks great! Dropped him off, they told me he would be done by around 2pm. They called at 1pm, he was ready for pick up.

Dr. Eden has joined Noah's Ark as Medical Director recently, and I have to say that this was an excellent change. I see improvements each time I bring in my pets. I was considering changing vets, but I am back to being a loyal customer. Professional staff and their kindness and communication along with excellent care will keep me bringing my babies back again and again! Thank you for restoring my faith!
