Noah's Ark Dog & Cat Grooming

I have been a customer of Noah’s Ark for about two years now. I have a 17lb small poodle mix. Last August, he was diagnosed with arthritis. I have been having Mike groom my angel for the last two years, off and on. Mike has always done a great job and he was always advised about the arthritic issues after my baby was diagnosed with it the year of 2025. I was never given Teddy back with any issues prior to his arthritis or after it. He has been fully booked the last few times we tried to get an appointment with him. June 27, 2026 ~8:50A, I had dropped Teddy off to Carrie for the second time. Carrie did an amazing job with my baby the first time she became his groomer. She was aware of his skin issues and sensitivity to razor burns. She let me know his nails were a bit too long and where his quicks were. During our second visit with her, I again told her about his arthritis, and that he needs to be supported with two hands where his chest and lower body are supported. I came to get home close to noon. He was already on his leash and excited to come to me. As he was approaching, I did hear him wince once. I thought maybe the metal part on his collar had nicked him, but it wasn’t

my dog kept getting nicked at his last groomer so i figured i would try noah’s ark after hearing good reviews. but his haircuts are always very inconsistent. they do not keep notes on his previous cuts. the place is very unorganized and the staff are rude. i had called them yesterday to confirm the appointment time because they don’t send appointment reminders, and arrived at the time the lady told me over the phone. then when i dropped him off today, we were told he was an hour late and were spoken to rudely by staff. and to top it off the guy who cut him today cut the top of his head uneven. disappointed and won’t be going back :(

Amazing service! My dogs first grooming ever and the staff was so kind and said my dog did well! I’ll be coming back for sure! I was able to book easily and they had availability same week I called, just what I needed. Dropped them off at 10am and they were both done at 12pm! So fast, especially for 2 dogs! Highly recommend them!

I’ve been going here for 15+ years with various dogs. Started when my sisters and I were kids bringing in family dogs. Now we all bring in our own dogs and the experience has been consistently wonderful since the beginning! I have a husky mix named Zero and they do an amazing job with his undercoat, his nails, and keeping him calm and happy throughout the process. Literally could not ask for a better grooming experience!

I have been bringing my 2 Labrador retriever’s here for over a year. My dogs go in happy and come out happy. They are great with cutting their big thick nails and brushing teeth.
