We've always had good experiences here. Our dogs, over the years, have been treated with so many things and they've been wonderful. Recently our cat had to cross the rainbow bridge and we took her here. Dr. Koopman was amazing and it was such a peaceful experience. We were told up front what to expect which I was forever grateful for as it was my first experience staying throughout the process. I have since learned that there are some vets who may be cheaper for this part but it was worth it in my mind. It was sad but meaningful and peaceful.

I took my dog to Noah’s Ark Ft Wright on Monday because he had not been himself and he was getting sick. Since he was a puppy I have always taken him to Noah’s Ark and they have always provided excellent care. When I took him in, they listened to my concerns and provided options for care. Upon a diagnostic exam they found a large mass to which they did not know if he could make it through the surgery that was required. They allowed me time to make the best decision for my boy. Once I decided the best course of action was to euthanize him as he lived a long happy life. They allowed me lots of time to spend with him and even moved me to a larger more private room to be able to have my family come in so we could all spend time with him and be there with him through the whole process. Dr Black was amazing, she was thorough, compassionate and understanding and told me to take all the time I needed. The whole staff was absolutely amazing with me and my dog. I am forever grateful to them.

This office has always been so amazing with my little girls, two pampered chihuahuas. When it was time to make the hard decision for my Lilly, the staff was wonderful and caring. They made sure we were comfortable and that Lilly was loved to the very end. Every person on the staff from reception to the techs to the docs were lovely and compassionate. I received her ashes back quickly with a little footprint and thoughtful card. I won't take my pets anywhere else.

Have always had a great experience at this Noah’s Ark clinic. Dr. Shoemaker is the man and has always been great to my pets! Would recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family. Very personable and friendly staff members! My pets have always been taken care of and treated with respect from the staff. If you want your animals to be healthy then take them here and get them seen!!!

Absolutely the worst vet I’ve ever dealt with. I took my dog to Noah’s Ark in Ft. Wright, KY to have a growth removed, and they botched the procedure from the start. The sutures were done so poorly that the wound split open. I had to bring him back for a second procedure — which they had the nerve to charge me for, even though it was 100% their mistake. The wound split open again for a third time, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me I’d be fully responsible for yet another bill. Unbelievable. I finally went to Dr. Jeff Werwa at Cincinnati Animal Medical Center, who confirmed they did it completely wrong. He had to remove some of the bad sutures and put my dog on water therapy and meds — and thankfully, he’s now healing properly. Noah’s Ark showed zero accountability, no compassion, and made my dog suffer through repeated pain because of their incompetence — while still trying to take more money from me. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their pet. 0 Stars.
