The absolute best dog grooming salon around! Trustworthy, professional, friendly and talented groomers. I can’t recommend John and the entire team enough.

I cannot say enough incredible things about NJ Dog Barbers I first brought Sadie there when she was just 16 weeks old for her very first grooming appointment, and now, as she’s about to turn FOUR, I can honestly say we have never gone anywhere else — and never will. As a self-proclaimed over-the-top, slightly anxious dog mom, trust does not come easy for me… but from day one, NJ Dog Barbers completely earned it. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine love for your pet. Their communication is always top-tier — responsive, clear, and thoughtful — which gives me so much peace of mind. And the way they treat Sadie? Like she’s their own. Her haircuts are always flawless — I’m talking consistently perfect. And don’t even get me started on the accessories… she leaves looking like an absolute princess every single time. What really says it all is this: there are plenty of groomers closer to me, but I happily make the 30-minute trip (each way!) because I know, without a doubt, that Sadie is getting the absolute best care, attention, and love possible. NJ Dog Barbers isn’t just a grooming salon — it’s a place where your dog is trul

I’ve been bringing all 3 of my pups there for years and I always have the best experience. I’m confident they’re being treated well and will come home fresh, clean, and happy. The staff is so kind and the place is super cute with adorable merch you can buy for your babies. Can’t rave about this place enough!

Been going to John for 4 years now and my gosh the experience is always fantastic. I have four cockapoos so it’s a lot to handle but I’m always able to get all four into the same time slot for their appointments and they come out looking and smelling fabulous. If John notices anything that may be of concern, he lets you know right away. The staff is super friendly and every appointment starts with the staff asking what kind of cut and services we want. It is very easy to reschedule appointments, all you have to do is give them a call. They genuinely care about their clients and the pups. Cannot recommend NJ Dog Barbers enough!!

NJ Dog Barbers did an outstanding job with my SugaPlum! The staff was incredibly gentle, patient and clearly passionate about what they do. My dog came out looking fresh, clean, and happier than ever. I was impressed by how well they communicated throughout the process and how carefully they handled every detail- from the bath to the haircut. The facility was spotless and welcoming, and the entire experience felt professional and caring. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be bringing my dog back. Highly recommend!
